MENTARI PAGI EDISI 474 JUMAT, 11 JANUARI 2018

REVIEW IHSG

Pada penutupan perdagangan kamis (10/1) Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan menguat 0.90% pada level 6328.714 atau +56.476 poin. Total transaksi di bursa mencapai 15,55 miliar saham dengan total nilai Rp 10,77 triliun, ada 217 saham menguat, 219 saham melemah dan 125 saham diam ditempat. Investor asing tercatat net sell sebesar  Rp 771,90 miliar di seluruh pasar.

Sembilan dari sepuluh sektor berada di zona hijau, sektor dengan penguatan terbesar ialah, sektor consumer goods menguat 1,96%, sektor industri dasar menguat 1,79% dan sektor manufaktur menguat 1,63%. Sedangkan hanya ada satu yang melemah yakni sektor perkebunan melemah 0,37%.

Salah satu faktor yang menjadi pendorong IHSG kamis (10/1) karena ramainya transaksi sehingga terjadi pelonjakan transaksi akibat adanya sentimen positif, salah satunya itu akibat bank sentral AS ‘’The Fed’’ yang menunda kenaikan suku bunga acuan tahun ini, dan adanya negosisasi perdagangan AS-China.

Dilihat dari segi teknikal IHSG hari ini diperkirakan masih akan melanjutkan penguatannya pada rance support 6253-6296 dan resistace berada pada rance 6.340-6.350.

Likuiditas Ketat, Bank Diminta Hati-Hati Salurkan Kredit

Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) memproyeksi likuiditas ketat masih akan menghantui industri perbankan tahun ini. Anggota Dewan Komisioner LPS Destry Damayanti mengimbau tahun ini perbankan harus berhati-hati dalam menyalurkan kredit.

Destry mengatakan, bank harus bisa membaca sektor-sektor mana saja yang sangat rentan. Imbauan tersebut khususnya berlaku untuk Bank umum kegiatan usaha (BUKU) III karena Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) bank sudah lebih dari 100%. Padahal, pertumbuhan kreditnya masih double digit. Apalagi, pertumbuhan dananya sudah di bawah 5%.

Opini Riset HIMA AE:

Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) memutuskan menaikkan tingkat bunga penjaminan masing-masing sebesar 25 bps untuk simpanan rupiah dan valuta asing di bank umum dan simpanan rupiah di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). Kenaikan tingkat bunga pinjaman dikarenakan tren suku bunga simpanan masih meningkat, hal ini merespon dari kenaikan suku bunga BI. Kemudian, kondisi likuiditas perbankan yang ketat dimana per November 2018 LDR mencapai 92,59% dan pertumbuhan DPK melambat menjadi 7,19%, serta kondisi stabilitas sistem keuangan (SSK) yang masih terjaga karena mulai meredanya tekanan depresiasi nilai tukar dan pasar keuangan.

Dilain sisi, sentimen seperti ancaman AS mengenakan biaya lebih tinggi terhadap produk-produk Tiongkok diharapkan tidak akan berlangsung panjang sehingga akan mengurangi volatilitas di pasar keuangan dan berdampak positif bagi Bank Indonesia.

 

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Pada perdagangan Kamis, 10 Januari 2019, SMRA ditutup menguat sebesar +7.95% sebesar 70 poin menuju level 950. Dari segi Analisa teknikal candle saham SMRA telah breakout di MA 5 dan MA 20. Hal ini didukung oleh Volume yang berada di atas rata-rata, indikator MACD yang membentuk Golden Cross atau Sinyal Beli dan indikator RSI yang bergerak menguat. Kami memproyeksikan saham SMRA akan mengalami penguatan.
