MENTARI PAGI EDISI 456 SENIN, 03 DESEMBER 2018

REVIEW IHSG

Pada penutupan perdagangan Jumat (30/11) Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan melemah 0.84% pada level 6056.125 atau -51.043 poin, Total volume transaksi di bursa mencapai 14.06 miliar saham dengan total nilai transaksi 16.78 triliun. Investor asing tercatat Net sell mencapai Rp 477,42 miliar di pasar reguler, dan di pasar keseluruhan mencapai Rp 1,4 triliun.

Tujuh dari sepuluh sektor melemah, sektor yang mengalami pelemahan cukup signifikan yaitu Basic-ind melemah 1.89%, finance melemah 1.52, sedangkan sektor yang menguat yaitu sektor aneka industry menguat 0.94%, sektor agri menguat 0.25% dan sektor mining menguat 0.16%. Pelemahan pada hari Jumat (30/11) disebabkan karna investor asing melakukan aksi ambil untung setelah IHSG menyentuh 6.107 yang merupakan indeks tertinggi pada tujuh bulan terakhir.

Secara teknikal, tampak adanya pola bearish harami candlestick pattern yang mengindikasikan adanya potensi pelemahan lanjutan pada pergerakan IHSG, sehingga pergerakanya masih akan melanjutkan ke area support, dengan rance support pertama dan kedua 5.908-5.747, resistance pertama dan kedua 6.116-6.259.

RI Bebaskan Pungutan Ekspor, Harga CPO Turun Pekan Ini

Di sepanjang pekan lalu, harga minyak sawit mentah (Crude Palm Oil/CPO) kontrak Februari 2019 di Bursa Derivatif Malaysia terkoreksi tipis 0,2% secara _point-to-point_. Harga CPO menutup pekan ini di level MYR 2.040/ton.

Hingga perdagangan hari Jumat (30/11/2018), sejatinya harga komoditas unggulan agrikultur Malaysia dan Indonesia mampu mencetak penguatan tiga hari berturut-turut.

Beberapa hal yang membuat harga CPO tertekan diantaranya permintaan CPO berkurang seiring dengan stok minyak kedelai di India yang sedang tinggi serta berkurangnya permintaan dari Eropa dan China karena berlangsungnya musim dingin. Namun, berikut faktor yang mendorong kenaikan harga CPO datang dari penguatan harga minyak kedelai, seiring dengan adanya harapan investor terhadap hasil pertemuan AS dan China di pertemuan G20. Selain itu, Harga CPO sudah jatuh ke level yang dekat dengan biaya produksi perkebunan di Malaysia. Hal ini dapat memaksa produsen untuk mengurangi penjualannya demi mencegah kerugian yang besar. Dengan begitu hal ini dapat berpotensi mengurangi pasokan ke pasar, dan akhirnya mampu sedikit menopang harga CPO. Serta Kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia yang menetapkan pungutan ekspor CPO menjadi US$ 0 per ton alias dinolkan. Sehingga dengan adanya pembebasan, produsen CPO di Indonesia bisa berada di posisi yang menguntungkan sehingga berpotensi membuat ekspor CPO Malaysi aka semakin tertekan.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Pada perdagangan Jumat, 30 November 2018 Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. (INDF) di tutup menguat sebesar +3.1% menuju level 6600. Perdagangan kemarin INDF membentuk candle bullish yang mengindikasikan saham INDF mengalami penguatan. Hal ini juga di dukung oleh indikator MACD dan RSI yang masih bergerak positif dan Volume yang berada di atas rata-rata. Jika dilihat dari analisa teknikal, kami prediksikan saham INDF akan mengalami penguatan.
