MENTARI PAGI EDISI 450 JUMAT, 23 NOVEMBER 2018

REVIEW IHSG

Pada penutupan perdagangan Kamis (22/11), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan menguat 0.72% pada level 5990.810 atau +42.758 poin. Total volume transaksi di bursa mencapai 13,16 miliar saham dengan nilai transaksi Rp 8,47 triliun. Sebanyak 169 saham tercatat naik dan 227 saham tercatat turun. Sementara 112 saham flat.

Tujuh dari sepuluh sektor menguat, sektor konstruksi menguat 1,49%, sektor keuangan menguat 1,35%, sektor industri dasar menguat 1,26%. Sedangkan sektor yang mengalami pelemahan cukup signifikan yaitu sektor pertambangan melemah 1,58%, sektor perdagangan dan sektor aneka industri melemah 0.13%.

Penguatan ini disebabkan karena stabilitas rupiah yang membantu laju IHSG dan dana investor asing yang masih berlanjut masuk sejak akhir September 2018. Investor asing mencatatkan pembelian bersih Rp 208,47 miliar di seluruh pasar.

Secara Teknikal, tampak adanya Candlestick white marubozu full body yang menandakan bahwa pasar sangat confident,dan indicator RSI berada di area overbought . diperkirakan indeks masih akan menguat di rentang 5.915 sampai 6.035.

Akankah Eksportir Komoditas Serius Merespons Aturan DHE SDA?

Pemerintah mengumumkan tiga kebijakan yang tertuang dalam Paket Kebijakan Ekonomi XVI. Salah satu kebijakan adalah mewajibkan devisa hasil ekspor (DHE) yang bersumber dari komoditas sumber daya alam (SDA) ditempatkan di perbankan dalam negeri.

Aturan itu memiliki dasar hukum berupa peraturan pemerintah (PP) disertai peraturan menteri keuangan (PMK). Kebijakan itu direncanakan akan berlaku pada 1 Januari 2019 mendatang.

Opini Riset HIMA AE:
Pemerintah pada hari Jumat, 16 November 2018, baru saja meluncurkan Paket Kebijakan Ekonomi XVI. Salah satu bagian penting dari kebijakan ini adalah kewajiban bagi eksportir komoditas sumber daya alam/SDA, khususnya pertambangan, perkebunan, kehutanan, dan perikanan untuk mengembalikan dan menyimpan Devisa Hasil Ekspor (DHE) mereka di dalam negeri setidaknya selama satu bulan. Esensi dari kebijakan ini adalah penguatan transaksi berjalan supaya defisitnya bisa berangsur turun. Dalam hal ini pemerintah tidak melakukan capital control, karena eksportir tetap bisa menggunakan dananya untuk pembayaran pinjaman luar negeri, impor bahan baku, pembayaran keuntungan/dividen, maupun keperluan lainnya dari penanam modal. Kebijakan DHE ini berlaku mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2019.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Pada perdagangan Kamis, 22 November 2018 Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (BBTN) di tutup menguat sebesar +6.3% menuju level 2530. Perdagangan kemrin BBTN membentuk candle Bullish yang mengindikasikan BBTN mengalami penguatan. Hal ini juga di dukung oleh indikator MACD yang bergerak positif dan volume penjualan yang berada di atas rata-rata. Jika dilihat dari analisa teknikal, kami prediksikan saham BBTN akan mengalami penguatan.

Rekomendasi    : Buy

Target Price        : 2680

Stop Lost             : 2180
