MENTARI PAGI EDISI 417 SENIN, 24 SEPTEMBER 2018

REVIEW IHSG

Jumat, 21 September 2018 Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan menguat 0.45% pada level 5957.744 atau +26.478. Transaksi cukup ramai, Sebanyak 12,04 miliar berpindah tangan, dengan nilai transaksi Rp 10,92 triliun. Sebanyak 197 saham mengalami kenaikan, ada pula 187 saham yang turun, Sedangkan saham yang harganya tak bergerak ada 116.

Tujuh dari sepuluh sektor saham menopang kenaikan IHSG. Sektor industri dasar memimpin penguatan sebesar 1,39%, diikuti perdagangan 0,96% dan sektor pertambangan yang naik, Sedangkan tiga sektor yang melemah antara lain aneka industri yang turun sampai 2,63%, konstruksi melorot 0,23%, dan infrastruktur turun 0,22%. Investor asing lebih banyak membeli saham ketimbang menjual. Net buy asing mencapai Rp 1,1 triliun.

Jika dilihat dari segi teknikal, titik support dan resistance berada dirange 5600-6100, tampak ada pola Doji setelah 3 hari berturut-turut IHSG menguat. Doji biasanya menunjukan adanya pergantian Trend. Jadi diperkirakan IHSG pada hari ini akan mengalami koreksi.

Pemerintah Indonesia menargetkan pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun ini berada di kisaran 5,4% sebagaimana tercantum dalam APBN 2018. Tahun depan, PDB diperkirakan dapat tumbuh 5,2%. Ekonomi dalam negeri masih dibayangi beberapa risiko baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Dari luar yaitu ketidakpastian keuangan global yang dapat membuat rupiah terus melemah dan menyebabkan turunnya keyakinan konsumen dan naiknya inflasi. Salah satu upaya pemerintah menahan pelemahan rupiah yaitu pembatasan impor dan pengenaan pajak penghasilan (PPh) untuk impor barang konsumsi yang justru menjadi risiko bagi perekonomian bagi Indonesia.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Pada perdagangan kemarin (Jumat, 21 September 2018), ANTM ditutup menguat sebesar 3.1% menuju level 820. Dari segi Analisa Teknikal, candle saham ANTM pada perdagangan kemarin telah breakout di area demandnya (area jenuh jual). Hal ini didukung oleh indikator stochastic yang bergerak menguat dan indikator MACD yang akan membentuk golden cross (Sinyal Beli). Kami memprediksi saham ANTM akan akan mengalami penguatan.
