REVIEW IHSG

Kamis, 23 Agustus 2018 Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan menguat 0.65% pada level 5982.985 atau +38.684, Sebanyak 181 saham yang menguat mampu menahan IHSG, sementara 193 saham lainnya merosot. Sedangkan 133 saham tak bergerak. Tujuh dari sepuluh sektor mengalami penguatan hari ini, saham finansial bergerak naik 2,1%, diikuti industri sebesar 1,49. Sektor yang paling melemah yaitu infrastruktur yang merosot 1,36%, Total transaksi hari ini melibatkan jual beli 9,04 miliar saham dengan nilai transaksi Rp 9,45 triliun.

Investor asing melakukan Net buy tercatat Rp 666,5 miliar di pasar reguler dan Rp 609,65 di pasar keseluruhan. Saham bank menjadi penggerak penguatan IHSG hari ini. BBCA misalnya dengan penguatan 2,93% menambah bobot IHSG sebanyak 15,3 poin. Sedangkan BBRI berkontribusi atas 13 poin. Keduanya sudah menyumbang 70% poin IHSG hari ini.

Sementara dilihat dari Indeks Global Dow melemah 0.34%, Nasdaq menguat 0.38%, FTSE 100 menguat 0.05%, dan dilihat dari Indeks Asia Shanghai menguat 0.37%, Nikkei 225 menguat 0.22%. Diprediksikan IHSG hari ini masih akan mengalami penguatan karena Indeks akan terbantu dengan ekspektasi Asian Games berjalan lancar.

OPINI RISET HIMA AE

Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) berencana membuat aplikasi pembentukan harga saham di pasar perdana secara elektronik atau e-bookbuilding. Aplikasi ini menjadi dibutuhkan setelah saham beberapa perusahaan yang baru IPO naik signfikan setelah ditransaksikan di pasar sekunder, misalnya saham milik PT MD Pictures (FILM) yang naik hingga 600% sejak pencatatan saham perdananya di awal Agustus 2018. Hal ini merupakan sentiment positif bagi para investor agar mereka dapat menentukan dan melihat secara langsung likuditas dari sebuah saham perseroan berdasarkan penawaran (supply) dan permintaan (demand) saham emiten yang baru mencatatkan harga saham perdananya. e-Bookbuilding juga dapat mengukur nilai penawaran dan harga saham calon emiten ditambah dengan proposi pasti dari jenis investor yang akan tercatat.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Kamis 23 Agustus 2018, PP (Persero) Tbk. (PTPP) ditutup menguat sebesar 0,5%. Terlihat dari indikator Stochastic yang berada di area oversol (sinyal buy). Jika dilihat dari analisa teknikal, saham PTPP berada pada support terendah atau berada di area harga diskon yang mengindikasikan akan mengalami penguatan.

Rekomendasi    : Buy

Target Price        : 2290 – 2670

Stop Lost             : 1800
