MENTARI PAGI EDISI 396 KAMIS, 23 AGUSTUS 2018

REVIEW IHSG

Laju Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) mampu bertahan di zona hijau pada perdagangan saham Selasa pekan ini.

Pada penutupan perdagangan, Selasa (21/8/2018), IHSG menguat 52,10 poin atau 0,88 persen ke posisi 5.944,30. Total frekuensi perdagangan saham sekitar 378.582 kali dengan volume perdagangan saham 7,9 miliar saham. Nilai transaksi harian saham Rp 7,4 triliun. Investor asing jual saham Rp 25,64 miliar di pasar regular.

Sebagian besar sektor saham menghijau kecuali sektor saham tambang turun 0,77 persen dan sektor saham infrastuktur susut 0,14 persen. Sementara itu, sektor saham industri dasar menguat 2,54 persen, dan catatkan penguatan terbesar. Disusul sektor saham barang konsumsi mendaki 2,4 persen dan sektor saham manufaktur menanjak 2,17 persen.

Sebagian besar bursa Asia menghijau. Indeks saham Hang Seng naik 0,56 persen, indeks Kospi mendaki 0,99 persen, dan indeks Nikkei menguat 0,09 persen. Sementara itu, indeks saham Shanghai menanjak 1,31 persen dan indeks saham Taiwan menguat 0,87 persen.

Dari analisa teknikal IHSG, indikator RSI menunjukan signal menanjak di area 50% begitu pula dengan indikator MACD, yang mengindikasikan terjadinya golden cross dalam satu sampai dua hari kedepan. Maka dilihat dari analisa di atas, IHSG pada perdagangan hari ini (23/08) di prediksi akan tetap menghijau di interval harga 5.944 sampai 6.112.

Dalam upaya mengurangi defisit transaksi berjalan, Jokowi akan menetapkan kebijakan untuk menggunakan bahan bakar B20 untuk masyarakat, dan tentunya B20 ini akan membuat permintaan terhadap minyak sawit akan bertambah, dikarenakan B20 terdapat campuran 20% biodiesel dimana mengandung kelapa sawit, saham yg terkena dampak positive dari kebijakan ini salah satunya adalah saham TBLA dimana saham ini juga saham disektor pertanian yg meproduksi minyak kelapa sawit.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Selasa, 21 Agustus 2018 Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. (TBLA) di tutup menguat sebesar +5.7%. Terlihat dari volume transaksi TBLA pada perdagangan kemarin mengalami penguatan signifikan yaitu sebesar 19,75 M yang sebelumnya hanya 4,43 M. Jika dilihat dari analisa teknikal, saham TBLA akan mengalami penguatan.

Rekomendasi    : Buy if breakout 1070

Target Price        : 1395

Cut Loss               : 1040
