MENTARI PAGI EDISI 394, SENIN 20 AGUSTUS 2018

REVIEW IHSG

Laju Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) bergerak di zona merah sepanjang perdagangan Kamis pekan ini. Tekanan IHSG ini terjadi di tengah aksi jual investor asing dan pembacaan nota keuangan Rancangan Anggaran dan Pendapatan Belanja Negara (RAPBN) 2019.

Pada penutupan perdagangan saham, Kamis (16/8/2018), IHSG merosot 32,79 poin atau 0,56 persen ke posisi 5.783,79. IHSG sempat berada di posisi tertinggi 5.811,62 dan terendah 5.743,49. Transaksi perdagangan saham cuku ramai. Total frekuensi perdagangan saham 336.714 kali dengan volume perdagangan 8,3 miliar saham. Nilai transaksi harian saham Rp 6,7 triliun. Investor asing jual saham Rp 668,04 miliar di pasar regular.

Sebagian besar sektor saham tertekan kecuali sektor industri dasar naik 1,03 persen, sektor aneka industri mendaki 1,44 persen, sektor barang konsumsi mendaki 0,71 persen dan sektor manufaktur menanjak 0,91 persen. Sementara itu, sektor infrastruktur melemah 1,78 persen, dan catatkan penurunan terbesar. Disusul sektor keuangan susut 1,65 persen dan sektor tambang turun 1,58 persen.

Bursa Asia pun kompak melemah. Indeks Hang Seng tergelincir 0,82 persen, indeks Kospi berkurang 0,80 persen, dan indeks Nikkei susut 0,05 persen. Selain itu, indeks Shanghai melemah 0,66 persen, indeks saham Singapura merosot 0,69 persen dan indeks saham Taiwan turun 0,31 persen.

Dari segi analisa teknikal, Indikator MACD menunjukan pada sinyal negatif, begitu pula dengan indikator RSI terpantau cenderung turun. Bisa disimpulkan IHSG akan terkoreksi pada perdagangan hari ini (20/08). Prediksi rentang harga IHSG di angka 5.783 sampai dengan 5.629.

Opini Riset Hima AE:

Dengan adanya pernyataan presiden turki, tidak menutup  kemungkinkan perang dagang antara turki dan amerika bisa makin memanas, karena baru2 ini turki terjadi krisis ekonomi dikarenakan faktor utama dari krisis tersebut adalah kebijakan dari presiden amerika menetapkan tarif impor tambahan sehingga membuat kurs mata uang lira terhapat dolar melemah sangat dalam dan membuat  pemerikat mody’s dan S&P hampir menurunkan rating  turki ke wilayah  junk. Untuk IHSG sendiri hal ini tentu juga akan berdampak negative karena selain sentiment negative dari dalam negri yaitu defisit transaksi berjalan 3% dari GDP, krisis turki juga akan membuat melebarnya hubungan antara suatu negara ke negara lainnya termasuk Indonesia yg masih negara berkembang.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Pada tanggal 18 Juli 2018, tim Riset HIMA AE telah membuat rekomendasi saham ADHI yang terlihat pola pattern Drop dan diikuti Base yang juga sudah terbentuk konfirmasi Swing Low dengan rekomendasi Buy di harga 1675 dan stop lost 1548. Tanggal 16 Agustus 2018, Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI) di tutup melemah sebesar -5.2%. Dilihat dari indikator MACD yang sudah membentuk Dead Cross, RSI yang akan menyentuh 30, dan Stockhastic yang sedang mengalami Oversold, juga terbentuknya Marubozu Hitam yang menandakan saham ini akan melanjutkan bearish. Jika dilihat dari analisa teknikal, saham ADHI akan berlanjut mengalami pelemahan.

Rekomendasi : Sell
