REVIEW IHSG

Pada perdagangan hari Jumat, 27 Juli 2018, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan menguat 0.72% pada level 5989.136 atau +43.000, Tercatat 202 saham menguat, 175 saham melemah, dan 120 saham tidak bergerak. Volume perdagangan capai 9,7 miliar lot saham dengan nilai transaksi mencapai Rp 6,42 triliun.

Sembilan dari 10 indeks sektoral mendorong penguatan IHSG. Sektor aneka industri paling tinggi penguatannya 3,66%. Sementara, hanya sektor agrikultur yang memerah 0,93%. Investor Asing juga menjadi salah satu faktor kenaikan IHSG tercatat Di pasar reguler, net buy Rp 239,388 miliar dan secara keseluruhan net buy Rp 116,558 miliar.

Sementara dilihat dari Indeks Global DOW 30 melemah 0.30%, Nasdaq melemah 1,46%, FTSE 100 menguat 0.59%, dan pada Indeks Asia Shanghai melemah 0.30%, Hang Seng menguat 0.08%. Jadi diprediksikan IHSG hari ini masih akan menguat karna sentimen eksternal yang mulai mereda seperti perang dagang antara Amerika dan Cina juga akan berdampak positif bagi pergerakan IHSG.

Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA) yang digelar Hari Jumat 27 Juli 2018 berlangsung memanas. Pasalnya, empat agenda yang digelar perusahaan menimbulkan konflik antar pemegang saham. Kekisruhan awalnya terjadi karena sejumlah investor menolak laporan keuangan 2017 yang sudah diaudit. Seorang investor yang menghadiri rapat tersebut menyatakan 61% pemegang saham menolak laporan tersebut. Ditambah Direktur utama AISA Joko Mogoginta memilih keluar ruangan dan melakukan aksi walk out. Ujung kericuhan ini adalah adanya skenario memberhentikan direksi lama kemudian mengangkat direksi yang baru. Menilik cerita dari beberapa investor saham AISA, mereka merasa kecewa dengan manajemen AISA apalagi setelah adanya kasus oplos beras yang membuat para investor mengalami kerugian. Padahal awalnya mereka yakin bahwa secara fundamental kinerja perusahaan sangat bagus, apalagi jenis barang yang diproduksi perusahaan berupa barang konsumen (fast moving consumer goods/FMCG) yang sangat laku di pasaran.

Jumat, 27 Juli 2018, Adaro Energy Tbk. (ADRO) ditutup menguat sebesar 6.2%. Pada pergerakan market saham ADRO terlihat adanya pola Ascending Triangle dan telah terkonfirmasi breakout. Terlihat indikator MACD bergerak positif dan RSI bergerak menguat yang mengindikasikan saham ADRO akan mengalami penguatan.
