REVIEW IHSG

Pertumbuhan Indeks harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) mampu mempertahankan tren positif pada penutupan perdagangan kemarin (23/5). Hal ini dipicu aksi beli Investor asing , terpantau asing melakukan pembelian di seluruh pasar senilai Rp 559,32 miliar di tengah tekanan kurs rupiah yang nyaris menembus 14.194 yang tutup di angka 14.179 per dolar Amerika Serikat. IHSG ditutup positif 40,88 poin atau 0,71 persen ke level 5.792,001.

Indeks saham LQ45 tercatat menghijau 1,19 persen ke posisi 922,683. Pergerakan sektor saham bervariasi. Sektor saham keuangan memimpin penguatan sebesar 1,89 persen. Disusul saham consumer goods yang menanjak 1,13 persen dan industri dasar naik 1,07 persen. Sedangkan sektor saham pertambangan terkoreksi cukup dalam 3,21 persen, dan saham infrastruktur merosot 0,27 persen.

Sedangkan dari indeks Asia, Hang Seng Hongkong tergelincir di persentase 1,82 persen, KOSPI Korea Selatan menguat di angka 0,26 persen dan Nikkei Jepang melemah dititik 1,18 persen.

Dari segi teknikal, indikator MACD menunjukan tanda golden cross, tren positif dari IHSG nampaknya akan terus berlanjut di hari ini (24/05). Di prediksi IHSG berada di rentang harga 5.792 sampai 5.850 pada penutupan perdaganan.

BERITA EKONOMI

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) menganggarkan belanja modal atau capital expenditure (capex) sebanyak Rp 2,6 triliun pada tahun ini.

“Kami akan kucurkan Rp 2,6 triliun, pembagiannya 40% untuk feedmill, 35% farming, dan 15% untuk food and beverage. Sisanya 10% untuk capex maintenance,” kata Presiden Direktur CPIN Tjiu Thomas Effendy, Rabu (23/5).

Thomas memaparkan, 40% dana feedmill tersebut akan digunakan untuk membangun dua pabrik baru di Jawa Tengah dan Sumatra.

“Kami sedang menambah pabrik pakan ternak di Jawa Tengah. Walaupun belum akan selesai tahun ini, kami akan ekspansi ke Sumatra, akan tambah satu prabrik,” ungkapnya.

Untuk pembangunan kedua pabrik tersebut, Thomas memperkirakan kebutuhan dana mencapai Rp 1 triliun. Lokasi pabrik di Sumatra diperkirakan berada antara Medan dan Lampung.

Selanjutnya, 35% capex akan digunakan untuk breeding farm secara rutin. Namun, itu akan disesuaikan dengan permintaan pasar. “Kami tambah kapasitas feed, maka harus tambah kapasitas farming,” jelasnya.

Sementara, untuk food and beverage, perusahaan akan menambah mesin. Langkah ini diambil untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi sekaligus varian produk makanan.

CPIN menargetkan pertumbuhan penjualan tahun ini sebesar 12%, dengan laba bersih naik 20% menjadi Rp 3 triliun.

Riset kami:

Dengan adanya penganggaran CAPEX (capital xpenditure ) yg cukup besar sebanyak 2.6 triliun  maka saham CPIN ini, menjadi sentiment positive bagi para investor dikarenakan pengangaran CAPEX yg lebih besar dipergunakan salah satunya untuk pembangunan pabrik-pabrik pakan ternak, yg artinya sangat memungkinkan sekali bagi perusahaan CPIN ini memperoleh pendapatan yg lebih besar sehingga sangat berpotensi mendapatkan  laba yg lebih besar dari tahun sebelumnya atau target laba bersih naik 20% sangat memungkinkan untuk tercapai, dan  jika dilihat dari trend harga saham, juga mendukung dengan adanya sentiment positive tersebut dikarenakan major trend saham CPIN masih dalam keadaan uptrend walaupun sekarang berada diminor trend tetapi mejadi kesempatan bagi para investor melakukan buy on weeknes.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Tanggal 23 Mei 2018, Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. (WSKT) ditutup menguat sebesar 3,2%. Jika dilihat dari indikator MACD membentuk Golden Cross atau sinyal beli. dapat juga dilihat dari candle stick yang berada diatas Moving Average 20. Jika dilihat dari analisa teknikal, saham WSKT akan mengalami penguatan.
