Rabu, 11  April 2018 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6360,932 menguat 0,56% atau naik 35,114 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 120,83 B.  Hampir semua sektor menguat diantaranya sektor industry dasar, penjualan, keuangan, pertambangan, property, konsumsi, infrastruktur dan aneka industry (1,28%), satu sektor lainnya melemah yaitu sektor pertanian (0,08%).

Pemerintah siapkan pelatihan implementasi Industri 4.0

Holding BUMN Migas terbentuk, PGN segera akuisisi Pertagas

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Holding BUMN Migas akhirnya terbentuk juga. Kementerian BUMN memutuskan PT Pertamina (Persero) bertindak sebagai induk usaha Holding BUMN Migas. Sementara anak usaha Pertamina di sektor hilir gas, Pertamina Gas (Pertagas), akan menjadi bagian dari PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN).

Untuk integrasi Pertagas ke PGN, Deputi Bidang Usaha Pertambangan, Industri Strategis, dan Media Kementerian BUMN Fajar Harry Sampurno mengatakan Kementerian BUMN memutuskan untuk menggunakan skema akuisisi 100% saham Pertagas. “Akuisisi, itu yang paling cepat. Merger lebih lama,”jelas Harry pada Rabu (11/4).
