    REVIEW IHSG 

Senin, 26 Maret 2018 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6200,172 melemah 0,17% atau turun 10,526 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 906,58 B.  5 sektor melemah diantaranya sektor keuangan, penjualan, aneka industry, konsumsi dan infrastruktur (0,6%), 4 sektor lainnya menguat yaitu sektor  industry dasar, pertanian, property, dan pertambangan (1,22%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan melemah.

Indocement targetkan pertumbuhan penjualan 6% di 2018

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Indocement Tunggalprakasa Tbk meresmikan terminal semen yang ke-8 sekaligus menjadi yang pertama di Pulau Sumatra pada Senin (19/3). Terminal semen yang berlokasi di Palembang ini memiliki dua semen silo terpasang dan pabrik pengantongan semen dengan kapasitas dapat melayani pasar hingga 500.000 ton semen per tahun.

Opini kami :

Menurut kami untuk mencapai target penjualan 6% di tahun ini masih terasa sulit. Banyak tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh INTP diantaranya tingginya harga batubara dan juga kondisi oversupply. Terlebih lagi INTP berencana menaikan harga jualnya sebesar 1%-2% hal ini tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap penjualan INTP. Di lihat dari kinerja INTP di tahun lalu pendapatan INTP turun sebesar 6,1 % dan laba bersih juga turun signifikan sebesar 51.9%. Namun tidak menutup kemungkinan dengan dibuka terminal semen di pulau sumatera target penjualan bisa tercapai

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) pada (21/3) lalu telah menyelenggarakan rapat umum pemegang saham tahunan (RUPST). Dalam RUPST ini diputuskan beberapa hal, antara pembagian dividen.

Bank Mandiri akan membagikan dividen total Rp 9,28 triliun atau Rp 199 per saham. Dalam keterbukaan ke Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jumat (25/3), BMRI mengungkapkan, akhir periode perdagangan saham dengan hak dividen atau cum dividen di pasar reguler dan negosiasi adalah 28 Maret 2018. Sedangkan cum dividen di pasar tunai pada 3 April 2018.

Opini kami :

Emiten BEI beramai-ramai membagikan dividen tak hanya BMRI emiten lainnya pun ikut membagikan dividen diantaranya BBRI, BBTN, ITMG, & WEGE. Hal ini tentu akan menjadi sentimen positif ditengah IHSG yang sedang melemah.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

BOW JSMR pada area 4450 –  4500.  Target harga 5000. Batasi kerugian apabila harga bergerak dibawah 4400.
