REVIEW IHSG 

Selasa, 6 Maret 2018 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6500,111 melemah 0,77% atau turun 50,482 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 824,61 B.  hampir semua sektor melemah diantaranya sektor infrastruktur, pertanian, aneka industry, keuangan, industry dasar, property dan konsumsi ( 1.21%). 2 sektor lainnya menguat diantaranya pertambangan dan penjualan (0.14%)

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan menguat.

Grup Bakrie ekspansi usai restrukturisasi

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Tahun ini, emiten Grup Bakrie kembali berbenah. Sejumlah entitas usaha mulai mengambil langkah ekspansi sembari menjalani proses restrukturisasi utang.

Belum lama ini, PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) telah menuntaskan tagihan utang US$ 30 juta melalui skema konversi utang ke saham. Sambil menuntaskan sisa kewajiban lainnya, ENRG mulai mendorong ekspansi bisnis.

Opini kami :

Restrukturisasi utang dan rencana ekspansi yang dilakukan group barie menunjukan masih adanya upaya untuk menjaga kelangsungan usahanya. Namun, kepercayaan investor terhadap saham group bakrie masih kurang karena beban hutang yang masih besar. Dilihat dari total restrukturisasi utang group bakrie mencapai Rp. 10,5 triliun namun bila dihitung secara keseluruhan beban hutang group bakrie mencapai Rp. 140 triliun.
