REVIEW IHSG 

Senin, 05 Februari 2018 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6589,675 melemah 0,59% atau turun 39,145 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 656,60 B  . Semua sektor melemah dan yang paling dominan adalah sektor aneka industry (1,87%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan meningkat.

RANGKUMAN BERITA EKONOMI

Peritel Lebih Yakin Berekspansi Pada 2018

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Tahun ini nampaknya bisa jadi harapan untuk emiten ritel. Sejumlah peritel lebih optimistis melakukan ekspansi pada 2018.

Tengok saja, PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. Peritel fesyen berkode MAPI ini telah menyiapkan rencana untuk membuka gerai specialty store seluas total 60.000 m2 yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Specialty store ini akan difokuskan untuk menyediakan layanan fesyen, olahraga, serta makanan dan minuman.

Opini kami :

Industri ritel pada tahun 2017 memang mengalami penurunan karena daya beli masyarakat yang menurun sehingga mereka melakukan penutupan gerainya demi efisiensi agar laba tak tergerus. Namun ditahun 2018 daya beli masyarakat yang diprediksi akan lebih baik dari tahun lalu. Hal ini disebabkan dengan adanya beberapa event di indonesia seperti pilkada serentak serta Asian Games. Terlebih lagi pemerintah meningkatakan dana sosial untuk masyarakat.

2017, Ekonomi RI Tumbuh 5,07%

Jakarta: Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat angka pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional sepanjang 2017 hanya sebesar 5,07 persen. Angka itu lebih rendah dari target yang ditetapkan dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Perubahan (APBNP) yang sebesar 5,2 persen.

Meski di bawah target,  angka itu merupakan pertumbuhan tertinggi sejak 2014. Tercatat, pada  2014 pertumbuhan ekonomi mencapai 5,01 persen, 2015 sebesar 4,88 persen dan pada  2016 sebesar 5,03 persen.

Opini kami :

Pertumbuhan ekonomi RI tahun 2017 yang lebih tinggi sebesar 5,07%  dibanding tahun 2016 sebesar 5,03%, memang menjadi sentiment positif. Pencapaian ini lebih baik dari prediksi Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani sebesar 5,05% . Hampir diseluruh kawasan di Indonesia mencatatkan pertumbuhan positif kecuali Bali yang cenderung menurun akibat erupsi Gunung Agung. Namun Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang positif belum mampu mendorong harga rupiah, tercatat rupiah ditutup melemah sebesar 0,51% menjadi Rp.13.520 per dollar AS.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Pada Perdagangan kemarin JSMR ditutup stagnan pada harga 5600. secara teknikal JSMR saat ini berada pada Demand Zone sehingga menarik untuk dilakukan akumulasi buy pada range harga 5525 – 5600. dengan target harga menuju 6200. Batasi kerugian maksimal 3%.
