REVIEW IHSG

Indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) pada perdagangan Senin sore (29/1) menguat 20 poin atau naik 0,3% ke level 6.680,62.

Sektor yang menguat adalah Sektor agri yang naik 1,75%, tambang naik 2,56%, industri dasar naik 0,25%, konsumsi naik 0,03%, properti naik 1,69%, keuangan naik 0,16%, perdagangan naik 0,87%, dan manufaktur naik 0,11%.

Sedangkan yang melemah adalah Sektor infrastruktur yang turun 1,34%, dan aneka industri turun 0,24%.

Hari ini IHSG diproyeksikan akan lanjut menguat.

Rights issue Nusantara Infrastructure dan BRI Agroniaga layak dieksekusi

Kontan.co.id – Di bulan pertama 2018 ini, sudah ada empat emiten yang menyatakan niatnya untuk menggelar rights issue. Dua diantaranya yaitu PT Surya Eka Perkasa Tbk (ESSA) dan PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk (BPFI) sudah mendapat restu dari para pemegang sahamnya. Sementara itu, PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) akan mencari restu pemegang saham lewat RUPSLB 19 Februari 2018 mendatang dan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk (AGRO) masih sebatas merencanakan aksi korporasi ini.

Opini :

Dengan bertambahnya jumlah saham yang beredar maka saham ini akan semakin liquid setelah right issue nanti. Dan dari segi perencanaan saham AGRO setelah right issue pun lebih menjanjikan yaitu rencana AGRO untuk naik kelas dari Bank BUKU II menjadi BUKU III. Dan jika dilihat dar saham META pun mempunyai prospek bagus dalam menerbitkan saham baru, Rencana META yang akan menggunakan dana hasil rights issue untuk membiayai modal kerja dan ekspansi di bidang infrastruktur dipandang membuat aksi korporasi ini menarik bagi investor.

Pasca-Stock Split, Saham PTBA Melesat 53%

Harga saham PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. merangkak naik 53% setelah melakukan aksi pemecahan nilai saham pada Desember 2017. Direktur Utama Bukit Asam Arviyan Arifin menjelaskan bahwa pemecahan nilai saham atau stock split yang dilakukan perseroan pada tahun lalu memberikan dampak positif. Harga saham emiten berkode saham ini naik 53% setelah perusahaan menjalankan aksi korporasi tersebut.

Opini :

Menurut analisis kami saham-saham yang melakukan aksi korporasi terutama Stock Split perlu di cermati, karena menurut data saham yang Stock Split harga sahamnya akan kembali ke harga sebelum stock split. Maka dari itu aksi korporasi perusahaan harus di cermati.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. (WSBP) pada perdagangan kemarin ditutup melemah, secara teknikal beberapa waktu lalu saham WSBP berhasil menembus resitance nya di harga 490 dan untuk hari ini ada potensi mengalami penguatan.
