Pada perdagangan kemarin IHSG ditutup melemah 20 point atau 0,3% dilevel 6615 setelah beberapa hari ini mengalami penguatan secara berturut turut mayoritas saham -saham sektoran melemah terkecuali saham properti dan kontruksi yang menghambat pelemahan IHSG

untuk hari ini kami proyeksikan IHSG akan masih mengalami koreksi yang wajar.

Indocement siap operasikan terminal semen baru

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk (INTP) akan mengoperasikan terminal semen di Palembang, Sumatra Selatan pada kuartal I tahun ini. Aset baru perusahaan ini akan memperkuat penjualan semen curah (bulk) INTP di wilayah Sumatra.

Sekretaris Perusahaan INTP Antonius Marcos mengatakan, pembangunan terminal semen di Palembang telah mencapai tahap akhir pengerjaan konstruksi. “Kami prediksi bisa commissioning di Maret ini,” ujar Antonius, Selasa (23/1).

Opini kami:

Beroperasinya pabrik semen baru INTP dinilai belum efektif, selain harga produk semen yang menurun karena persingan yang ketat hal ini juga tidak di imbangi dengan peningkatan permintaan sehingga akan terjadi overcapaciy. Untuk  itu INTP harus memperluas pangsa pasarnya ke luar negeri (ekspor) seperti halnya yang dilakukan SMGR, penjualan ekspor SMGR melonjak sebesar 212,1%.

Soal Holding Migas, Jonan Dukung Keputusan Kementerian BUMN

TUNGKAL ULU, KOMPAS.com – Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan mengaku tidak dilibatkan dalam pembahasan holding Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) minyak dan gas (Migas) oleh Kementerian BUMN.

Jonan sendiri mendukung keputusan holding BUMN migas sebab tujuan holding migas tersebut agar perusahaan-perusahaan BUMN bisa lebih kompak dan bekerja lebih efisien.

Opini kami :

Adanya rencananya Holding Migas oleh kementrian BUMN akan berimbas positif terhadap harga saham PGAS, hal ini terlihat dari pergerakan harga saham PGAS yang melonjak 33,14%  pada akhir pekan lalu.  Dengan Skema holding ini bisnis penyaluran gas akan semakin besar seiring dengan meluasnya pangsa pasar sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja perseroan.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung (WEGE) pada perdagangan kemarin ditutup menguat sebesar 5.1% atau dilevel 286 WEGE masih berpotensi menguat karena secara teknikal masih membentuk uptrend dan juga harga masih saham masih dibawah harga IPO nya.
