REVIEW IHSG 

Senin, 22 Januari 2018 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6500,529 menguat 0,15% atau naik 9,633 poin dari level sebelumnya dan IHSG kembali menembus rekor baru. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 283,57 B  . 5 sektor naik diantaranya sektor pertanian,  keuangan,  penjualan,  konsumsi  dan pertambangan (2.54%). 4 sektor lainnya melemah yaitu infrastruktur, industry dasar, property  dan  aneka industry (0.98%)

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan masih mengalami penguatan.

Mitra Keluarga siapkan Rp 1,4 triliun untuk buyback 5% saham

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) menyiapkan dana maksimal mencapai Rp 1,4 triliun untuk melakukan pembelian saham kembali alias buyback. Pengelola rumah sakit Mitra Keluarga ini berencana untuk membeli kembali saham sebanyak-banyaknya 5% atau setara dengan 727,54 juta saham.

Manajemen dalam keterbukaan informasi menjelaskan, perusahaan ini akan meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham dengan mengembalikan kelebihan arus kas bebas (excess free cash flow) kepada pemegang saham melalui buyback saham.

Opini kami:

Aksi buyback bertujuan untuk menjaga harga saham lebih stabil dan cenderung meningkat. Aksi buyback biasanya dilakukan ketika harga saham menurun hal ini terlihat dari harga saham mika yang menurun setahun terakhir, aksi buyback digunakan untuk mengerem penurunan harga tersebut. Aksi buyback juga mencerminkan emiten memiliki kas yang cukup besar, hal ini mengindikasikan emiten memiliki performa baik atau emiten tidak melakukan ekspansi.

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Kabar berhentinya operasional (shutdown) pemerintahan Amerika Serikat (AS) kembali muncul. Namun, analis memprediksi, sentimen ini tak akan banyak berpengaruh terhadap pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).

Opini kami :

Dampak shutdown pemerintah AS bagi perekonomian negara-negara lain bergantung pada berapa lama shutdown berlangsung. Semakin lama shutdown maka produktivitas kinerja ekonomi terganggu namun secara history shutdown pemerintah AS tidak berlangsung lama. Disamping itu perekonomian AS saat ini cukup kuat. Pelalu pasar lebih memfokuskan terhadap kebijakan AS tentang pemangkasan pajak dan kenaikan suku bunga acuan AS.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia.Tbk (TKIM) Pada perdagangan kemarin ditutup menguat, dan menembus resistance nya diharga 3850 untuk perdagangan hari ini TKIM kami perkirakan mengalami penguatan setelah menembus resistancenya.
