Mentari Pagi Edisi 325 Kamis, 18 january 2018

REVIEW IHSG

Pada perdagangan kemarin Rabu (17/1/2018), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ditutup menguat 14,826 poin (0,23%) ke posisi 6.444,518.

Sebanyak 199 saham naik, 162 saham turun, 133 saham stagnan dan 124 saham tidak ditransaksikan sama sekali.

Sepanjang perdagangan, indeks mencapai level tertingginya di 6.452,507 atau menguat 22,815 poin dan mencapai level terendahnya di 6.420,060 atau melemah 9,632 poin.

Sementara itu, investor asing mencatatkan pembelian saham senilai Rp3,4 triliun dan penjualan saham senilai Rp3,29 triliun. Alhasil, investor asing mencatatkan pembelian saham bersih (net foreign buy) senilai Rp112,5 miliar.

Hari ini IHSG diproyeksikan akan mengalami penguatan.

Sari Roti bakal bangun dua pabrik baru dari dana right issue

PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) berharap bisa mengantongi tambahan dana segar Rp 1,43 triliun dari menerbitkan 1,15 miliar saham baru melalui skema hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (HMETD) atau rights issue. Dana tersebut rencananya akan digunakan untuk membangun beberapa pabrik baru produk roti Nippon Indosari bermerek Sari Roti. Menurut Cherie Theosabrata, Investor Relations PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, usai rights issue tersebut pihaknya akan segera membangun dua pabrik baru.

Opini :

Menurut analisa kami. Dana right issue yang dipakai untuk pembangunan dua pabrik baru akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap harga saham ROTI. Karena  dana tersebut lebih kepada ekspansi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu saham ROTI akan mendapatkan sentimen positif terhadap para pelaku pasar.

Ingin jadi bank terbesar, BNI siapkan akuisisi bank

PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) pada tahun ini akan melanjutkan rencana akuisisi bank. Langkah ini merupakan salah satu jalan menjadisalah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia. Sebagai gambaran saja, sebelum krisis 1998, Bank BNI merupakan bank terbesar di Indonesia. Namun setelah beberapa bank BUMN dikonsolidasikan menjadi Bank Mandiri, BNI tersalip. Achmad Baiquni, Direktur Utama BNI bilang untuk meningkatkan aset bank berencana untuk mengakuisisi bank pada tahun ini.

Opini :

Menurut pandangan kami, ini merupakan sentimen positif untuk para investor dikarenakan BBNI mempunyai prospek yang baik ke depannya. Bahkan jika dilihat dari laba tahun 2017, laba saham 20 persen menjadi 13,62 Triliun
