REVIEW IHSG

Selasa, 16 Januari 2018 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6429,692 menguat 0,74% atau naik 47,497 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan pembelian bersih sebanyak 116,96 B  . Semua sektor naik dan yang paling dominan adalah sektor infrastruktur (1.95%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan meningkat.

RANGKUMAN BERITA EKONOMI

Moody’s tegaskan kembali rating B2 untuk MEDC

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Lembaga pemeringkat Moodys Investor Service menegaskan kembali rating perusahaan atau corporate family rating (CFR) PT Medco Energy Internasional Tbk (MEDC).

Dalam keterangan resmi Moodys, Senin (15/1), rating B2 masih akan melekat pada MEDC. Bukan hanya untuk perusahaan, penegasan kembali rating B2 itu juga berlaku untuk obligasi global MEDC senilai US$ 400 juta.

Obligasi itu diterbitkan oleh anak usaha MEDC, yakni Medco Strait Services Pte. Ltd.. Moodys juga meningkatkan rating anak usaha 100% milik MEDC ini jadi positive dari sebelumnya stable.

Opini kami:

Meningkatnya outlook atas rating ini menjadi positif dari sebelumnya stable mencerminkan bahwa adanya perbaikan kualitas kredit perusahaan serta berpeluang dinaikkannya rating di periode mendatang. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut MEDC berhasil mengantongi laba bersih sebesar USD164,3 juta atau Rp. 2,2 triliun sepanjang tahun 2017 padahal ditahun 2016 MEDC masih mencatatkan rugi bersih sebesar USD 149,6 juta. Namun bila harga komoditas mengalami penurunan akan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan tentu rating yang akan diperoleh di periode mendatang.

Penjualan naik 33% di Desember, Ace Hardware mampu raih target 2017

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) mampu berkelit dari sentimen negatif pelemahan daya beli. Bulan Desember 2017 menjadi penentu realisasi kinerja perusahaan.
Pada bulan itu, ACES membukukan penjualan sekitar Rp 647 miliar. Angka ini naik 33% dibanding penjualan bulan sebelumnya dan naik 18% secara tahunan.
Alhasil, ACES membukukan penjualan sekitar Rp 5,8 triliun sepanjang tahun lalu. “Pencapaian ini lebih baik dari proyeksi,” ujar Helen Tanzil, Sekretaris Perusahaan ACES

Disaat emiten retail lainnya mengalami penurunan akibat dari melemahnya daya beli masyarakat di tahun 2017 ACES berhasil membukukan penjualan sebesar Rp. 5,8 triliun atau naik 18 % ditahun 2017. Banyaknya gerai yang dibuka menopang tercapainya target pendapatan ACES, selama tahun 2017 ACES telah membuka 17 gerai baru diberbagai daerah. ACES berpeluang mencatatkan kinerja positif ditahun ini dengan didukung daya beli masyarakat yang diprediksi menngkat menjelang pilkada.
