Mentari Pagi Edisi 307, Rabu 6 Desember 2017

REVIEW IHSG 

Pada perdagangan hari kemarin (5/12) IHSG ditutup menguat tipis 2,28 poin atau 0,04% ke level 6.000,47. Tercatat empat sektor yang menguat, dipimpin keuangan yang naik 0,73%. Sementara sektor lainnya melemah, terutama konstruksi dan perkebunan yang tumbang masing-masing 1,65% dan 1,63%.

Sepanjang perdagangan investor mentransaksikan 9,66 miliar saham, dengan nilai perdagangan mencapai Rp 7,51 triliun. Investor asing mencatatkan pembelian bersih (net buy) di pasar reguler sebesar Rp 31,38 miliar. Sementara asing masih mencatatkan penjualan bersih (net sell) di seluruh pasar senilai Rp 231,36 miliar.

Hari ini IHSG diproyeksikan menguat karena investor saat ini masih dalam tren Bargain Hunting.

Menteri ESDM Minta Proses Divestasi Freeport Diperpanjang

Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan meminta penangguhan waktu proses divestasi saham Freeport 51 persen ke pemerintah Indonesia. Perpanjangan waktu divestasi ini setelah sebelumnya pada Agustus 2017 pemerintah mengumumkan proses divestasi, dan disepakati waktu divestasi terakhir dengan Komisi VII DPR pada Desember 2017

Opini :

Hingga mendekati akhir tahun 2017 rencana pembangunan smelter oleh PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) belum jelas. Lokasi yang akan dibangun di Gresik pun sampai saat ini tidak diketahui lokasi pastinya. Dan waktu lalu pemerintah menargetkan akhir tahun akan rampung permasalahan ini namun masih belum ada kejelasan hingga saat ini. Negosiasi untuk divestasi saham PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) menemui kendala baru,  adanya perusahaan tambang asal Australia, Rio Tinto. Perusahaan ini tercatat memiliki hak partisipasi (participation interest/PI) dalam pengoperasian PTFI.

Apindo Proyeksi Ekonomi Tumbuh Lebih Rendah dari Target APBN

Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo) memproyeksikan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia 2018 berkisar 5,05-5,2 persen, atau lebih rendah dari target yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2018 sebesar 5,4 persen.

Opini :

Dinamika politik akan lebih mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia khususnya di 2018 mendatang. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya perbaikan kinerja pemerintah dalam mengelola ekonomi secara profesional dan mengelola kestabilan politik Indonesia menjelang Pilkada 2018.
