REVIEW IHSG

Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) pada Kamis (30/11) melemah drastis sebesar 1,80% di level 5.952,13 (-109.229).

Adapun sektor yang melemah adalah Sektor industri dasar yang turun 2,04%, konsumsi turun 3,19%, properti turun 0,45%, infrastruktur turun 1,33%, keuangan turun 1,72%, perdagangan turun 0,48%, manufaktur turun 3,01%, dan aneka industri turun 3,53%. Sedangkan sektor yang menguat adalah Sektor agri yang naik 0,38%, tambang naik 0,45%.

Pada perdagangan hari ini, IHSG diprediksi menguat. Hal itu dikarenakan pergerakan IHSG yang melemah signifikan sampai turun di bawah level psikologis membuat IHSG hari ini  akan mengalami rebound.

Wow, laba bersih BUMI masih melesat

Pendapatan PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) mengalami penurunan. Beruntung, kinerja dari entitas bisnis perusahaan mencatatkan kinerja yang moncer sehingga BUMI masih mampu mencatat laba bersih yang positif.

Opini :

Laba BUMI terkerek setelah perusahaan mencatatkan penghasilan lain-lain terutama bagian atas laba neto entitas asosiasi dan ventura bersama. Pada pos keuangan tersebut, BUMI mencatat penghasilan US$ 204,37 juta, melesat 600% dibanding periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya, US$ 29,06 juta. Namun BUMI hingga kuartal III-2017 mencatat penurunan pendapatan 4% menjadi US$ 17,37 juta dari sebelumnya US$ 18,07 juta. Namun, beban pokoknya mencapai US$ 30,19 juta. Bukan hanya lebih besar dari pendapatan, tapi beban pokok ini juga mengalami kenaikan 44% dari sebelumnya US$ 20,89 juta. Alhasil, BUMI mencatat rugi usaha sebesar US$ 12,83 juta. Angka ini melesat 354% dibanding periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya, US$ 2,82 juta. Dan juga produksi Bumi Resources hingga kuartal III-2017 tercatat 62,1 juta ton, turun sekitar 0,9% dibanding periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya, 62,7 juta ton. Dari data tersebut kinerja dari BUMI patut di perhatikan apalagi pergerakan harga sahamnya.

Ekonomi Digital Harus Bermanfaat untuk Perekonomian Nasional

Ketua Umum Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo) Hariyadi Sukamdani mengatakan, pertumbuhan ekonomi digital harus memberikan dampak positif pada perekonomian di Indonesia. Ia berharap, aturan perpajakan untuk ekonomi digital yang tengah disiapkan pemerintah bisa menciptakan tingkat persaingan usaha yang setara.

Opini :

Pemerintah saat ini menginginkan e-commerce juga memiliki kewajiban untuk membayar pajak. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya ketegasan pemerintah dalam menyikapinya. Masih banyak cara untuk menumbuhkan perekonomian Indonesia melalui e-commerce. Pemberian pelatihan terhadap pebisnis lokal melalui teknologi saat ini agar dapat bersaing dengan pihak asing. Karena dari data yang kami peroleh bahwa masih banyak pasokan barang yang di impor ke Indonesia dan tidak dikenakan pajak penghasilan. Dan 60% dari total pasokan barang impor tersebut diambil dari Cina. Maka dari itu perlu adanya pembenahan dan peningkatan dalam produksi lokal agar dapat berguna untuk ekonomi nasional.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

PP.Properti Tbk. ( PPRO ) pada perdagangan kemarin saham PPRO di tutup melemah jika di lihat dari trend saham PPRO masih dalam kondisi downtrend, akan tetapi ada support kuat di saham PPRO ini yaitu support kuatnya berada di harga 195,kami melihat akan terjadi pantulan di saham PPRO ini ketika testing level suportnya.

Rekomendasi buy jika gagal breakdown di level 190-195 dengan target di level 224

Stop loss di level 190 ke bawah

    I want to pass along some very important news that everyone needs to hear!

    They even printed a coin to raise money for the Temple with Donald Trumps face on the front and with king Cyrus'(who built the second Temple) behind him. On the back of the coin is an image of the third Temple.

    The Bible says this false Messiah who seats himself in the Third Temple will be thee antichrist that will bring about the Great Tribulation, though the Jewish people believe he will bring about world peace. It will be a false peace for a period of time. You can watch interviews of Jewish Rabbi’s in Israel speaking of these things. They have their plans set in place. It is only years away!

    More importantly, the power that runs the world wants to put a RFID microchip in our body making us total slaves to them. This chip matches perfectly with the Mark of the Beast in the Bible, more specifically Revelation 13:16-18:

    He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

    Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.

    Referring to the last days, this could only be speaking of a cashless society, which we have yet to see, but are heading towards. Otherwise, we could still buy or sell without the mark amongst others if physical money was still currency. RFID microchip implant technology will be the future of a one world cashless society containing digital currency. It will be implanted in the right-hand or the forehead, and we cannot buy or sell without it! We must grow strong in Jesus. AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE IT!

    Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:9-11).

    People have been saying the end is coming for many years, but we need two key things. One, the Third Temple, and two, the technology for a cashless society to fulfill the prophecy of the Mark of the Beast.
