REVIEW IHSG

Rabu, 22 November 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6069.785 menguat 0.63% atau naik 37.923 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan pembelian bersih sebanyak 1.14 T.

Hampir semua sektor menguat diantaranya sektor pertambangan, keuangan, infrastruktur, penjualan, property, industry dasar dan aneka industry (3,27%).  2 sektor lainnya melemah yaitu sektor pertanian dan konsumsi  (0,78%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan melemah.

Jasa Marga raih peringkat Baa3 dari Moody’s

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Moodys Investor Services menyematkan rating Baa3 untuk PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) dan obligasi global yang akan diterbitkan. Ini merupakan yang pertama kalinya Moodys memberikan rating untuk perusahaan pelat merah tersebut.

Outlook dari rating tersebut positif. Rating itu menunjukkan JSMR memiliki posisi yang solid dan peran yang besar untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur transportasi, terutama jalan tol.

Opini Kami:

Peringkat Baa3 merupakan obligasi dengan risiko moderat namun masih termasuk kedalam kategori investment grade. Dan dengan outlooknya yang positif artinya rating tersebut dapat berpeluang dinaikkan pada periode rating berikutnya. Penerbitan obligasi tersebut digunakan untuk menambah jalan tol menjadi 31 jalan tol dari sebelumnya hanya 19 jalan tol serta memperpanjang jalan tol menjadi 1260 km dari sebelumnya hanya 665 km. Tentu dengan rating dan outlook yang positif akan menimbulkan sentiment positif bagi investor.

Emiten batubara cari tambang baru

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Sejumlah emiten produsen batubara di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) terus berupaya menambah kapasitas produksi. Salah satu langkah yang ditempuh adalah melalui akuisisi tambang.

Harga batubara yang mulai membaik turut mengerek kinerja beberapa emiten. Harga batubara Newcastle di Bursa ICE untuk kontrak pengiriman Maret 2018 kemarin sempat berada di US$ 89,25 per ton. Jumlah ini sudah menanjak 15,68% dibandingkan harga di awal tahun.

Opini kami:

Adanya upaya untuk menambah kapasitas produksi dengan mengakuisisi tambang baru merupakan langkah yang tepat ditengah harga batubara yang berangsur membaik. Hal tersebut tentu akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Ditambah permintaan Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) yang lebih tinggi dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar 8,75% terhadap kebutuhan batubaranya. Adanya aliansi penghentian pemakaian batubara juga tidak banyak berpengaruh terhadap permintaan batubara karena aliansi ini digagas oleh negara-negara eropa yang sudah memilki program kelistrikan dengan sumber energi hijau terbarukan. Sedangkan negara adidaya seperti Rusia, Jerman, Amerika Serikat dengan nilai impor batubara yang besar tidak tergabung dalam aliansi tersebut sehingga masih bebas bertransaksi dan meningkatkan permintaanya.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

ITMG pada perdagangan kemarin menguat 1,5% pada harga 20000, kami melihat ITMG saat ini berada pada area supportnya dengan resiko yang cukup terbatas sehingga berpeluang melanjutkan penguatan menuju target harga 21700. SL 19500.

    I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
