REVIEW IHSG

Pada perdagangan kemarin (21/11) IHSG ditutup melemah 21,42 poin atau 0,35% ke level 6.031,86. Tercatat Investor mentransaksikan sekitar 8,48 miliar saham. Nilai perdagangan mencapai Rp 6,58 triliun. Pemodal asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih (net sell) di seluruh pasar senilai Rp 367,11 miliar.

Delapan sektor mengalami koreksi, terutama sektor pertambangan, aneka industri dan industri dasar yang tumbang lebih dari 1%. Sementara hanya dua sektor yang mengalami kenaikan yaitu sektor barang konsumsi dan infrastruktur, masing-masing 0,10% dan 0,41%. Data menunjukan 209 saham menurun,119 saham yang naik dan  123 saham lainnya stagnan.

Pada perdagangan hari ini, IHSG diprediksi bearish disebabkan masih berlanjutnya aksi profit taking dari para investor.

Ekonom Perkirakan Inflasi Akhir Tahun Tetap Rendah

Inflasi pada akhir 2017 diperkirakan lebih rendah dari proyeksi sebelumnya seiring harga pangan yang terjaga rendah, dengan pengecualian harga beras yang meningkat di atas historis sejak September. Inflasi berpotensi lebih rendah lagi mengingat ekspektasi masih rendahnya inflasi inti.

Opini :

inflasi diperkirakan berkisar 3,0%-3,5% pada akhir tahun ini. Penurunan inflasi tersebut terutama disumbangkan oleh volatile food yang bergerak stabil ke bawah. Peluang kenaikan inflasi masih ada terutama disumbangkan oleh kenaikan tarif angkutan udara, karena kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Namun, kenaikan inflasi dari sisi tarif tersebut tidak terlalu besar dampaknya bagi inflasi secara umum. Penurunan inflasi ini sebenarnya justru menjadi indikasi bahwa ada indikasi turunnya belanja masyarakat, yang disebabkan oleh demand yang melemah.

KINERJA EMITEN: Laba AISA Anjlok 51%

Emiten makanan PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. melaporkan kinerja keuangan periode 9 bulan 2017 dengan capaian pendapatan yang turun 17,45% akibat kinerja bisnis beras yang lesu.

Opini :

Dari data yang kami peroleh penurunan penjualan bersih sebesar 17,45% YoY, dari Rp4,98 triliun pada sembilan bulan 2016 menjadi Rp4,11 triliun pada periode yang sama 2017. Dan juga kas dan setara kas perseroan per 30 September 2017 tinggal Rp126 miliar, turun 57,4% dibandingkan posisi kas pada 31 Desember 2016 yang senilai Rp296 miliar. Hal ini dikarenakan masalah yang terjadi pada beberapa bulan lalu tentang masalah beras oplosan. Banyak sentimen negatif dikarenakan kasus yang telah terjadi oleh AISA. Maka dari itu kami berpendapat bahwa ada penurunan kepercayaan terhadap produk-produk PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food yang menyebabkan penjualan dan harga sahamnya turun drastis.
