REVIEW IHSG

Pada penutupan perdagangan hari kemarin senin (13/11) indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) ditutup melemah 0,37 poin (-0,01%) ke level 6.021,46.

Investor asing tercatat melakukan jual bersih sebesar Rp321,20 miliar. Total perdagangan efek di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebanyak 14,87 miliar lembar dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp7,57 triliun.

Separuh lebih penggerak IHSG bergerak melemah, pelemahan terbanyak terjadi pada sektor infrastuktur, utilitas & transportasi (-0,62%) dan keuangan (-0,43%). Sementara sektor yang mengalami penguatan paling banyak, yaitu sektor industri barang konsumen (+0,94%) dan pertambangan (+0,30%).

Hari ini IHSG diprediksikan akan masih mengalami koreksi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan minimnya sentimen positif dari dalam negeri, seiring data pertumbuhan ekonomi kuartal III-2107 yang di bawah ekspektasi.

NKE Gandeng Perusahaan Global Garap Proyek Tambang Emas

Kompas.com – PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjinering Tbk (NKE) mendapat kontrak pembangunan konstruksi tambang emas dan tembaga di wilayah Gunung Tumpang Pitu (Tujuh Bukit), Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Perusahaan dengan kode emiten DGIK ini akan bekerja sama dengan perusahaan konstruksi asal Australia, Macmahon Holding Limited.

Dari kesepakatan kerjasama dengan perusahaan McMahon Holding Limited, kami berkeyakinan hal ini akan mendapatkan sentimen positif dari para investor dengan melihat prospek perusahaan ke depan. Hal ini menjadi langkah strategis yang dilakukan NKE untuk memperkuat kemampuan dan daya saing perusahaan di industri konstruksi nasional, khususnya pertambangan.

Oktober, Medco (MEDC) Gelontorkan US$3,39 Juta untuk Eksplorasi

Bisnis.com – PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (MEDC) menggelontorkan dana sebanyak US$3,39 juta untuk biaya eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumi di dua blok yakni blok South Sumatra dan blok Rimau pada Oktober 2017.

Opini :

Volume produksi minyak dan gas bumi PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (MEDC) pada paruh pertama tahun ini naik 40,4% menjadi 89,8 juta barel setara minyak per hari dari 64 juta barel setara minyak per hari pada paruh pertama tahun lalu. Dan saat ini dengan melihat prospek ke depannya yang akan eksplorasi dan ditambah dengan rights issue saham MEDC maka bisa di lihat bahwa MEDC memiliki prospek yang bagus untuk kemajuan perusahaannya.

Surplus Neraca Pembayaran Indonesia Meningkat Signifikan

Sindonews.com – Bank Indonesia (BI) menyebutkan, Neraca Pembayaran Indonesia (NPI) triwulan III/2017 mengalami peningkatan surplus yang signifikan. Peningkatan itu ditopang oleh penurunan defisit transaksi berjalan dan peningkatan surplus transaksi modal dan finansial. Surplus NPI triwulan III/2017 tercatat USD5,4 miliar, meningkat signifikan dibandingkan dengan surplus triwulan II/2017 sebesar USD0,7 miliar.

Opini :

Dengan surplus tersebut dapat mendorong peningkatan posisi cadangan devisa dari USD123,1 miliar pada akhir triwulan II/2017 menjadi USD129,4 miliar pada akhir triwulan III/2017. Dan defisit transaksi berjalan tercatat sebesar USD4,3 miliar (1,65% PDB), membaik dari defisit pada triwulan sebelumnya yang sebesar USD4,8 miliar (1,91% PDB), seiring dengan kenaikan surplus neraca perdagangan barang dan penurunan defisit neraca pendapatan primer. Dari data tersebut faktor kenaikan surplus neraca perdagangan barang didorong oleh meningkatnya ekspor, baik secara nilai maupun volume, di tengah impor yang juga mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan kenaikan permintaan domestik. penurunan defisit neraca pendapatan primer terutama dipengaruhi pembayaran dividen yang lebih rendah sesuai pola musiman. Sementara itu, surplus transaksi modal dan finansial meningkat signifikan terutama didukung oleh besarnya arus modal masuk dalam bentuk investasi langsung, seiring dengan optimisme terhadap kinerja ekonomi domestik.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

HOKI pada perdagangan kemarin Ditutup menguat 6.5% di harga 362. Secara teknikal HOKI memasuki fase uptrend setelah dari Ascending Triangle. Kami perkirakan HOKI akan menuju 416 dan 456.batasi kerugian apabila harga bergerak di bawah 340.
