REVIEW IHSG

Rabu, 8 November 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6049.384 melemah 0.18% atau turun 11.069 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 819.05 B.

4 sektor menguat diantaranya sektor industry dasar, pertanian, konsumsi dan aneka industry   (0,97%).  5 sektor lainnya melemah yaitu sektor keuangan, property, penjualan, pertambangan dan infrastruktur (1,71%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan melemah.

Cadangan Devisa Akhir Oktober 2017 Turun USD2,9 Miliar

JAKARTA – Bank Indonesia (BI) mencatat, posisi cadangan devisa Indonesia akhir Oktober 2017 sebesar USD126,5 miliar. Posisi cadangan devisa pada akhir Oktober 2017 tersebut lebih rendah USD2,9 miliar dibandingkan akhir September 2017 yang sebesar USD129,4 miliar.

Kendati demikian, BI menyebut cadangan devisa tersebut cukup untuk membiayai 8,6 bulan impor atau 8,3 bulan impor dan pembayaran utang luar negeri pemerintah. Jumlah cadangan devisa tersebut juga berada di atas standar kecukupan internasional sekitar 3 bulan impor.

Opini Kami:

Ditengah membaiknya perekonomian Indonesia di kuartal III ini yang tumbuh lebih tinggi dibanding kuartal sebelumnya, sentiment negatif justru timbul yaitu menurunnya cadangan devisa Indonesia per Oktober. Penurunan tersebut disebabkan oleh tekanan yang dialami oleh rupiah, pasalnya beberapa waktu lalu rupiah hampir menyentuh Rp.13.600 per dolar Amerika. Namun jika kondisi ekonomi indonesia membaik penurunan cadangan devisa sifatnya sementara.

Kinerja LSIP terdongkrak produksi dan harga CPO

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Peningkatan produksi dan harga crude palm oil (CPO) mengerek kinerja PT PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk (LSIP) hingga triwulan ketiga tahun ini.

Berdasarkan laporan keuangan periode Januari hingga September 2017, perusahaan mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp 3,57 triliun. Angka tersebut naik 96% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu yaitu hanya Rp 2,61 triliun.

Opini kami:

Tren harga komoditas yang sedang naik seperti CPO, memang akan mendongkrak kinerja perusahaan yang memproduksi CPO seperti LSIP. Sepanjang tahun ini harga CPO naik sebesar 4,37 % dan produksi CPO yang meningkat  di kuartal III telah mendongkrak kinerja perusahaan (LSIP) dengan pendapatan naik 96%. Namun disisi lain produksi CPO LSIP diramalkan akan diturun di kuartal IV karena akan masuk musim hujan yang menggangu produksi CPO.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

WSBP pada perdagangan kemarin ditutup menguat 2% di harga 412. Secara teknikal WSBP sudah mulai memasuki fase uptrend jangka menengah dan berpeluang menuju resistance 450.
