REVIEW IHSG

Kamis, 2 November 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6031.107 melemah 0.12% atau turun 7.039 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 4.49 T.

4 sektor menguat diantaranya sektor keuangan, industry dasar, aneka industry, dan infrastruktur (1,06%).  5 sektor lainnya melemah yaitu sektor  pertambangan, penjualan, property, pertanian dan  konsumsi (1,46%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan menguat.

Harga batubara memanas ke titik tertinggi

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Batubara berhasil mencatatkan harga tertinggi sejak Juni 2013 di US$ 98,60 per metrik ton pada Selasa (31/10).

Direktur Garuda Berjangka Ibrahim mengatakan, harga batubara terus melonjak karena cadangan batubara di China menurun, sehingga permintaan terus melonjak. “Hal tersebut bisa dilihat pada trade balance antara ekspor impor sejak 2016 hingga Oktober 2017 terus mengalami peningkatan permintaan,” kata Ibrahim.

Opini kami :

Tahun ini memang harga komoditas seperti batubara, minyak, dan CPO sedang dalam tren yang baik. Hal ini tentu akan berdampak positif bagi perekonomian Indonesia, karena akan mendorong kinerja ekspor indonesia terutama batubara dan CPO yang menjadi andalan non migas Indonesia. Permintaan batubara yang meningkat akibat musim dingin menyebabkan harga batubara melambung. Sebagai catatan sepanjang kuartal III 2017 harga rata-rata CPO naik 7,58% dan harga rata-rata batubara naik 14,17%.

Ini tiga emiten yang akan membagi dividen interim

Ada tiga emiten yang siap membagi keuntungan dalam waktu dekat, yakni, PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (MLBI) dan juga PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG).

Opini kami:

Pembagian dividen interim yang dilakukan MLBI, SMSM, ITMG tentu akan menimbulkan sentiment positif. Karena pada umumnya jika suatu perusahaan akan membagikan dividen harga akan cenderung naik, investor berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan saham tersebut agar mendapat keuntungan dividen. Namun yang perlu dicermati jenis dividen yang diberikan tiga emiten diatas yang membagikan dividen interim, dividen interim sendiri adalah “dividen sementara” yang dinyatakan dan dibayarkan “sebelum” laba tahunan perseroan ditetapkan oleh RUPS. Biasanya pembayaran dilakukan secara berkala seperti per-triwulan selama tahun berjalan. Yang penting diingat, dividen interim merupakan pembagian laba atau keuntungan perseroan bersifat sementara, belum merupakan dividen bersifat final (final dividend) berdasarkan keputusan RUPS. Pembagiannya baru berdasarkan penetapan direksi.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

MIKA Pada perdangangan kemarin ditutup menguat 2.4% di harga 1950. Secara Teknikal MIKA memantul di area Supportnya dan berpeluang terjadi uptrend Jangka pendek Menuju Target harga di 2150.
