Mentari Pagi Edisi 280, Kamis 26 Oktober 2017

REVIEW IHSG

Rabu, 25 Oktober 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 6025.434 menguat 1.23% atau naik  73.358 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan pembelian bersih sebanyak 130.39 B. IHSG kembali mencetak rekor tertinggi sekaligus menembus level psikologis terbaru, yakni ditutup di level   6025.434.

Hampir semua sektor menguat diantaranya sektor pertanian, konsumsi, penjualan, property, keuangan, aneka industry, pertambangan dan industry dasar,  (3,14%).  1 sektor melemah  yaitu sektor infrastruktur, (1,13%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan menguat setelah break out dari level 6000.

Semen Baturaja bersinergi dengan PTPP dan Telkom

Kontan.co.id – Jakarta. PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) bersinergi dengan dua perusahaan pelat merah lainnya, yaitu PT PP Tbk (PTPP) dan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM). Ketiganya meneken nota kesepahaman di gedung Kementerian BUMN. Dengan menggandeng PTPP, SMBR berencana membangun perumahan karyawan SMBR. Adapun lokasi perumahan ini nantinya tak jauh dari pabrik SMBR di Baturaja, Sumatra Selatan. Selain itu, SMBR juga siap menyuplai kebutuhan proyek infrastruktur yang sedang dikerjakan PTPP. Sementara, kerjasma dengan TLKM, Semen Baturaja telah sepakat menggunakan jasa telecommunication, information, media, edutainment, dan services (TIMES). Sebagaimana diketahui, TIMES merupakan jasa yang dikembangkan dan disediakan oleh TLKM.

Opini kami:

Kerjasama yang dilakukan emiten SMBR dengan PTPP dan TLKM akan menimbulkan sentimen positif dipasar. Kerjasama SMBR dengan PTPP akan meningkatkan penjualan semen SMBR karena SMBR akan menyuplai kebutuhan semen proyek PTPP khususnya di daerah Palembang. Sedangkan kerjasama SMBR dengan TLKM akan meningkatkan ke efisienan SMBR dalam infrastruktur komunikasi data. Sehingga kerjasama-kerjasama tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja SMBR.

 

Laba HM Sampoerna naik 2,87% di kuartal 3

Kontan.co.id – Jakarta. Kinerja PT HM sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) naik tipis hingga kuartal ketiga 2017.

Laporan keuangan HMSP yang dirilis Rabu (25/10) memperlihatkan, per 30 September 2017, pendapatan perusahaan sebesar Rp 72,29 triliun. Angka tersebut naik 2,87% dibandingkan periode sama tahun sebelumnya atau year on year (yoy) senilai Rp 70,27 triliun.

 

Opini kami:

Meskipun laba HMSP naik tipis sebesar 2,87% sentimen postif lainnya dari HMSP yaitu volume penjualan sembilan bulan pertama sudah mencapai 74% dari proyek realasasi setahun terakhir atau tercatat 74,5 juta batang, pangsa pasar HMSP pun ikut naik menjadi 33,1%.  Dan volume penjualan di kuartal III naik 4,5% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu, padahal pada kuartal II lalu sempat turun 13,1% dibandingkan periode yang sama di 2016 lantaran adanya pergeseran lebaran ke kuartal II. Namun disisi lain ada sentimen negatif yang timbul dari tarif cukai rokok untuk tahun depan yang naik 10,04 % hal tersebut dapat menekan laba HMSP kedepannya.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Adhi Karya ( Persero ).Tbk (ADHI ). Pada perdagangan kemarin di tutup menguat dan break out dari resistance terdekatnya,sedangkan EMA periode pendek memotong EMA periode panjang ( golden cross ) MACD masih bergerak positive.maka dari itu kami proyeksikan untuk saham ADHI hari ini akan melanjutkan penguatannya seiring penguatan dari IHSG.

Rekomendasi buy,dengan target di resistance berikutnya di harga 2420

stop loss jika harga break down di level 2230
