REVIEW IHSG

Senin, 23 Oktober 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 5950.026 menguat 0.35% atau naik  20.477 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 374.94 B.

Hampir semua sektor menguat diantaranya sektor industry dasar, konsumsi, penjualan, property, keuangan, aneka industry dan pertambangan  (1,64%).  2 sektor lainnya melemah  yaitu sektor infrastruktur dan pertanian, (0,17%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan menguat

Department Store Lotus di Thamrin Tutup Gerai, BI Bantah Penjualan Ritel Anjlok

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Setelah Ramayana dan Matahari Departemen Store, giliran Lotus Departemen Store akan menutup gerainya di kawasan Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat, bulan ini.
Meski begitu, Gubernur Bank Indonesia (BI) Agus Martowardojo justru mengungkapkan, angka penjulan ritel mengalami kenaikan sebesar 5 persen hingga kuartal III 2017. Hal itu sekaligus membantah anjloknya penjulan ritel.
Opini Kami:
Polemik daya beli masyarakat yang dianggap lesu berawal dari tingkat konsumsi rumah tangga yang hanya tumbuh tipis di kuartal II 2017 menjadi 4,95% dari kuartal sebelumnya yang hanya 4,94%. Sementara penjualan ritel yang dicatat oleh APRINDO hingga Juni hanya tumbuh sekitar 3,7%. Namun adanya penutupan beberapa department store bukan menjadi penyebab penjualan ritel anjlok, bahkan penjualan ritel naik 5% hingga kuartal III 2017. Adanya perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat yang lebih memilih berbelanja online, yang membuat penjualan ritel mengalami kenaikan.

BI proyeksi inflasi Oktober 3,66%

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Bank Indonesia (BI) melihat laju inflasi semakin terkendali. Bahkan bank sentral memperkirakan inflasi bulan ini bisa lebih baik dibanding September 2017.
Gubernur BI Agus Martowardojo mengatakan, pihaknya memperkirakan inflasi tahunan Oktober 2017 bisa mencapai 3,66% year on year (YoY). Proyeksi itu berdasarkan survei harga mingguan yang dilakukan BI hingga pekan ketiga Oktober 2017.
Opini kami:
Terkendali nya inflasi di bulan Oktober merupakan realisasi dari kebijakan BI yang menurunkan suku bunga menjadi 4,25 % dikarenakan pada bulan Agustus ini deflasi lebih rendah 0,07 % dibandingkan deflasi Agustus 2016. Serta kebijakan pemerintah yang tidak mengurangi subsidi tarif listrik dan BBM menjadi penyebab inflasi terkendali.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Surya Semesta Internusa.Tbk ( SSIA ) pada perdagangan kemarin di tutup menguat dengan candlestik morobozu berekor yg artinya trader optimis dengan pergerakan harga,dan di candlestik sebelumnya juga terlihat candlestk doji yg artinya ada tanda tanda pembalikan trend ( reversal ),dan jika di perhatikan kembali terdapat pola cantik di pergerakan saham ini yaitu pola ascending triangle dan sudah terkonfirmasi breakout.untuk saham SSIA ini kami proyeksikan akan mengalami penguatan.

Rekomendasi buy,dengan target profit di resistance selanjutnya yaitu di kisaran 675

batasi kerugian jika harga malah bergerak turun dan breakdown suport selanjutnya
