REVIEW IHSG

Kamis, 19 Oktober 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 5910.530 melemah 0.31% atau turun  18.671 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 462.86 B.

5 sektor melemah diantaranya sektor infrastruktur, penjualan, pertanian, konsumsi dan aneka industri  (1,34%).  4 sektor lainnya menguat  yaitu sektor property, industry dasar, keuangan  dan pertambangan (2,1%).

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini cenderung bergerak mixed

Sektor tambang dongkrak penjualan alat berat

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Penjualan alat berat nasional yang tumbuh ikut mengerek pendapatan distributor alat berat. Direktur PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk, Djonggi Gultom mengatakan, penjualan periode April ke Maret tahun depan masih akan positif.

Periode fiskal tahun lalu penjualan per bulan hanya sebesar 80 unit sampai 100 unit, saat ini penjualan bisa sekitar 140 unit per bulan.

Anak grup Astra di bidang alat berat, PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) juga mengalami kenaikan penjualan. Sekretaris Perusahaan PT United Tractors Tbk Sara K Loebis mengatakan, penjualan produk merek Komatsu sampai saat ini masih pesat dari sektor tambang.

Opini kami:

Harga batu bara yang cenderung stabil menjadi salah satu yang mendorong naiknya penjualan alat berat khususnya di sektor tambang. Meningkatnya penjualan alat berat di ikuti juga dengan naiknya produksi alat berat. Dari data produksi kuartal III tahun 2017 Himpunan Alat Berat Indonesia (Hinabi) tercatat penjualan sebanyak 4.036 unit atau naik 59,7 % dibanding periode yang sama tahun lalu.

ROTI akan pasok produk di Caffebene di Korea

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) baru saja mencapai kesepakatan dengan Caffebene, perusahaan waralaba kopi dari Korea. Lewat kesepakatan ini, ROTI mendapatkan hak khusus untuk memasok beragam kue dan pastry dengan merek Caffebene by Sari Roti.

ROTI akan memasok produk ke 576 gerai Caffebene yang berlokasi di Korea Selatan. Kerja sama ini akan dimulai pada Desember 2017.

Dengan adanya ekspansi yang dilakukan ROTI di Korea, perusahaan berusaha mengembangkan bisnis dengan menyasar pasar luar negeri. Sebelumnya ROTI juga sudah membangun pabrik di Filipina yang bekerja sama dengan Mode Nissin Corporation. Dengan hal tersebut bukan tidak mungkin ROTI bisa menyasar ke pasar-pasar tetangga selain Filipina. Hal ini lah juga yang diharapkan dapat mendongkrak kinerja perusahaan serta akan menibulkan sentiment positif bagi investor.
