Mentari Pagi Edisi 266, Rabu 4 Oktober 2017

REVIEW IHSG

Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan IHSG ditutup menguat 0,43% di level 5.939,45 pada Selasa kemarin (3/10). IHSG berhasil bertahan di zona hijau dengan volume transaksi 8,39 miliar saham. Investor asing tercatat melakukan net sell Rp 238,45 miliar.

Pada perdagangan kemarin, 170 saham menguat dan 177 saham melemah. Mayoritas sektor ditutup menguat dipimpin oleh sektor mining (+1.49%). Hanya sektor agriculture dan basic industry yang melemah masing-masing 1.13% dan 0,19%.

Saham PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) menjadi saham dengan kenaikan tertinggi pada indeks LQ45. Saham sejuta umat ini melonjak 19,08%. Dua saham dengan kenaikan tertinggi berikutnya, yakni PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) dan PT PP Tbk (PTPP) hanya naik 5,77% dan 5,76%.

Sedangkan top losers pada LQ45 adalah PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN) dengan penurunan 3,30%, PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) 2,34%, dan PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) 2,03%.

Hari ini (4/10) diproyeksikan IHSG bergerak lanjut menguat terbatas dengan support 5.914-5,918 dan resistance 5.953-5.955.

September 2017, Inflasi Tercatat 0,13 Persen

KOMPAS.com – Badan Pusat Statistik ( BPS) melaporkan, inflasi indeks harga konsumen (IHK) pada bulan September 2017 sebesar 0,13 persen. Inflasi tahun kalender (Januari-September 2017) tercatat sebesar 2,66 persen. Adapun inflasi secara tahunan (year on year/yoy) tercatat sebesar 3,72 persen.

Opini :

Inflasi September ini 0,13 persen terkendali. Lebih rendah dibanding periode yang sama tahun lalu dengan inflasi 0,22 persen. Tapi lebih tinggi dibanding September 2015, deflasi 0,05 persen. Penyebab dari inflasi mulai dari kenaikan harga jual beberapa komoditas pangan, kenaikan uang kuliah dan SPP, sampai peningkatan harga emas maupun kenaikan harga rokok kretek di periode tersebut.

RUPIAH vs DOLAR AS:Terus Ditekan, Rupiah Pun Terkulai

Nilai tukar rupiah berakhir melemah pada perdagangan hari kedua berturut-turut, Selasa (3/10/2017), di tengah depresiasi mayoritas mata uang di Asia terhadap dolar AS.

Opini :

Penyebab utama melemahnya rupiah salah satunya rencana Presiden AS Donald Trump yang mengajukan proposal penurunan tarif pajak individu dan korporasi di AS. Yang kedua  adalah pernyataan Gubernur Bank Sentral AS, Federal Reserve, Janet Yellen, yang akan menaikkan suku bunga pada Desember 2017. Kenaikan tersebut diperkirakan akan lebih tinggi dari prediksi awal. Dan penyebab ketiga melemahnya rupiah yaitu terkait pengganti Gubernur The Fed. Pasar mengkhawatirkan, calon yang diusulkan Trump akan memiliki pandangan moneter yang hawkish.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

Timah ( Persero ).Tbk pada perdagangan kemarin di tutup di harga 825.TINS sedang uji support di area 800 tetapi tidak bisa berhasil breakdown untuk hari ini kami proyeksikan TINS mengalami kenaikan di karenakan memantul dari area suportnya.

Rekomendasi : buy di harga 800-825 dengan target di resistance selanjutnya di harga 980

Batasi resiko jika harga breakdown di harga 800
