REVIEW IHSG
Pada perdagangan hari Rabu (27/9) Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) belum mampu bangkit dari zona merah, Indeks ditutup turun tipis 0,93 poin atau 0,02% ke level 5.863,03. Tercatat investor mentransaksikan 9,02 miliar lot saham, dengan nilai transaksi mencapai Rp 7,15 triliun. Pemodal asing masih mendominasi aksi jual dengan nilai penjualan bersih (net sell) di seluruh pasar mencapai Rp 305,72 miliar.
Koreksi tujuh sektor menjegal IHSG, terutama sektor pertambangan yang tumbang 2,21%. Namun, tiga sektor masih mampu menguat, yaitu barang konsumsi, manufaktur dan aneka industri. RTI mencatat, 191 saham turun, berbanding 125 saham yang naik. Sedangkan, 127 saham lainnya stagnan.
Secara teknikal diproyeksikan hari ini IHSG akan mengalami reversal bullish, hal ini dikarenakan candle bearish berhasil menyentuh garis EMA50. Namun IHSG masih minim sentimen, hal ini dikarenakan pelaku pasar masih mencermati pidato The Fed dan tensi geopolitik di Semenanjung Korea. Komentar dari pejabat Amerika dan Korea akan menjadi faktor penggerak IHSG hari ini.

Rupiah Berakhir Makin Parah, Euro Jatuh di Tengah Kebangkitan USD
Sindonews.com – Pelemahan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika Serikat (USD) pada penutupan perdagangan sore hari ini semakin parah hingga melewati level Rp13.400/USD. Terpuruknya mata uang Garuda mengiringi euro yang terpeleset di tengah kebangkitan USD. Posisi rupiah menurut data Bloomberg, sore ini berada di level Rp13.445/USD atau melemah sangat dalam dibanding penutupan sebelumnya di level Rp13.374/USD. Rupiah sendiri berada pada kisaran level Rp13.368-Rp13.445/USD.
Opini :
Di sini yang akan kami bahas adalah mengenai nilai tukar rupiah yang melemah terhadap dollar AS. Pelemahan tukar rupiah selama tiga hari belakangan ini di sebabkan oleh kenaikan pemintaan dollar AS. Trump bakal memangkas pajak korporasi dari 35 persen menjadi 20 persen dan juga pajak individu. Penguatan dollar AS terindikasi dari indeks dollar AS yang menyentuh level tertingginya dalam satu bulan, yakni pada level 93,48. Selain itu, imbal hasil obligasi pemerintah AS atau US Treasury juga mencapai level tertinggi dalam satu bulan, yakni pada level 2,29. Pelemahan nilai tukar rupiah juga memicu aksi jual atau sell-off pada pasar surat utang negara (SUN). Hal ini terindikasi dari kenaikan imbal hasil SUN 10 tahun sebesar 12 basis poin menjadi 6,48 persen hari ini.
The Fed: Pengetatan Moneter Tetap Berlanjut
Kompas.com – Pimpinan bank sentral AS Federal Reserve Janet Yellen menyatakan, kenaikan suku bunga acuan Fed Fund Rate ( FFR) secara bertahap harus berlanjut. Meskipun ketidakpastian masih ada, imbuh Yellen, namun akan menjadi tidak baik apabila kebijakan moneter terus ditahan sampai inflasi menyentuh target 2 persen.”Tanpa peningkatan suku bunga acuan FFR secara gradual, ada risiko pasar tenaga kerja akan overheat, pasar menjadi overheat, dan menimbulkan masalah inflasi yang akan sulit untuk diatasi,” ujar Yellen seperti dikutip dari Reuters, Rabu (27/9/2017).
Opini :
Kenaikan suku bunga acuan Fed Fund rate (FFR) akan berdampak terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Dampak pertama adalah aliran dana investor asing keluar dari negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Kedua, terjadi tekanan terhadap mata uang negara berkembang di Asia termasuk rupiah. Ketiga, dolar AS akan menguat signifikan. Apalagi saat ini suku bunga acuan Indonesia kembali turun dalam posisi 4,25%. Hal ini sangat beresiko terhadap aliran dana investor asing terlebih dalam sektor perbankan dan pasar modal.
