REVIEW IHSG

Menguat empat hari berturut-turut sejak perdagangan pekan lalu, IHSG kembali ditutup menguat tipis 0.4 poin (+0.01%) ke level 5,872.377 pada perdagangan kemarin (12/09). Sektor agriculture memimpin penguatan dengan ditutup naik 1.19%, sementara sektor property melemah terdalam dengan ditutup turun 1.50%. Investor asing masih mencatakan net sell sejumlah Rp399 miliar di seluruh Pasar. Laju penguatan IHSG tertahan oleh aksi jual investor asing. Indeks LQ45 naik tipis 0,239 poin (0,02%) ke 977,740.

IHSG diperdagangkan cenderung moderat dengan frekuensi sebanyak 337.649 kali transaksi sebanyak 7,4 miliar lembar saham senilai Rp 6,1 triliun. Posisi tertinggi IHSG terjadi di 5.884,151 dan terendah di 5.861,535.

Hari ini (13/09) IHSG diproyeksikan berlanjut cenderung moderat.

Pemerintah Jokowi cari instrumen agar masyarakat terlibat bangun infrastruktur

Merdeka.com – Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Darmin Nasution tengah berusaha mengembangkan instrumen pembiayaan infrastruktur yang melibatkan masyarakat dan pihak swasta. Salah satu sumber pembiayaan yang terus didorong oleh pemerintah adalah sektor pasar modal.

Opini :

Kebutuhan pendanaan proyek infrastruktur pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) hingga tahun 2019 mendatang mencapai Rp 4.796 triliun. Dari total kebutuhan, diperkirakan hanya sekitar 41,3% yang sanggup didanai oleh pemerintah atau sebesar Rp 1.978,6 triliun, sedangkan sisanya akan didanai oleh BUMN dan swasta. Dalam hal ini pemerintah harus bisa menarik pihak swasta untuk ikut dalam mengembangkan infrastruktur dalam negeri. Apalagi prospek sektor infrastruktur yang terus meningkat ini menjadi perhatian para calon investor.

2021, Indonesia Berpotensi Jadi Penghasil Geotermal Terbesar

 

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) memproyeksikan Indonesia akan menjadi penghasil listrik dari tenaga panas bumi atau geothermal terbesar di dunia pada 2021. Kepala Biro Komunikasi, Layanan Informasi Publik dan Kerja Sama Kementerian ESDM, Dadan Kusdiana mengatakan proyeksi ini dapat dilihat dengan pertumbuhan kapasitas terpasang Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas bumi (PLTP) yang terus mengalami kemajuan pesat dari tahun ke tahun.

Opini :

Saat ini Indonesia menempati urutan ketiga dalam pemanfaatan energi panas bumi (geothermal energy). Padahal, potensinya terbesar di dunia. Indonesia kalah dari Amerika Serikat (AS) yang berada di posisi pertama pemanfaatan geothermal dan Filipina yang menempati urutan kedua. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya optimalisasi dari pemerintah. Karena ini dapat mendongkrak ekonomi Indonesia jika pengelolaannya di jalankan dengan benar. Masalah-masalah yang ada harus dibenahi. Resistensi masyarakat ada 2 hal, pertama karena kemampuan (pemahaman) masyarakat atas sumber daya dan kemudian sering juga resistensi bermuatan politis. Sering sekali politik selalu di kait-kaitkan mendekati Pilkada. Masalah lainnya yakni masalah kesepakatan harga antara PT PLN dan pengembang geothermal yang terkadang menemui jalan buntu dan pembebasan lahan. Hal ini lah yang harus di perhatikan oleh pemerintah agar potensi geotermal dikelola dengan baik dan optimal

Terdapat pola menarik di saham TRAM ini yaitu pola flag yg artinya saham TRAM ini berpotensi menguat setelah breakout dari trendline chanel nya,jika di lihat dari closing perdagangan kemarin saham TRAM sudah berhasil breakout dan juga di sertai dengan volume yg melonjak tinggi.
