REVIEW IHSG

Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ditutup menguat 0,43% ke level 5.857,12 pada Jumat (8/9).  Investor asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebesar Rp 2,73 triliun di seluruh pasar. Sepanjang tahun ini alias year to date(ytd), dana investor asing yang keluar mencapai Rp 6,34 triliun. IHSG berpotensi naik dengan dukungan fundamental makroekonomi.

Stabilnya kondisi fundamental domestik memberikan katalis positif terhadap penguatan IHSG hari ini. Termasuk rilis data cadangan devisa dan neraca perdagangan yang diproyeksi surplus.

Selain dari domestik, pergerakan IHSG juga akan dipengaruhi sentimen global, seperti data inflasi Tiongkok, Inggris dan Amerika Serikat. Selain itu, AS akan merilis data cadangan minyak, juga keputusan suku bunga Bank Sentral Inggris, data klaim pengangguran dan penjualan ritel di AS.

Selain dari kondisi fundamental, teknikal juga menggambarkan kenaikan IHSG. Pada hari ini Senin (11/9), IHSG diproyeksikan bullish dengan target resistance 5.895 dan support 5.800.

Harga Barang di Rote Turun hingga 20% Berkat Tol Laut

Okezone.com – Pengoperasian tol laut telah berdampak pada efisiensi biaya distribusi pada sejumlah daerah di Indonesia. Khusus di Rote, setelah adanya pengoperasian tol laut, harga barang di daerah ini turun 10-20%. Hal tersebut disampaikan Menteri Perhubungan Budi Karya Sumadi usai melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Pelabuhan Ba’a Kabupaten Rote Ndao.

Opini :

Tol laut adalah solusi yang tepat untuk pemerataan ekonomi dan pengendalian harga. Dengan adanya tol laut barang-barang yang sulit di dapatkan dapat didistribusikan dengan baik. Namun penataan tol laut itu sendiri harus dibenahi. Sudah mulai adanya praktek monopoli di dalamnya yang akan merugikan masyarakat. Apalagi praktek korupsi sangat riskan terjadi. Oleh karena penataan haruslah dilakukan bersama berbagai asosiasi terkait, pemda setempat dan kementerian terkait seperti perdagangan, perindustrian, koperasi dan ukm, Kementerian BUMN beserta BUMN terkait seperti Bulog, PPI, Pelni, Garuda, RNI, PTP, Perikanan Nusantara dan lainnya.

Kioson Jadi Perusahaan E-Commerce Pertama yang Lakukan IPO

Perusahaan e-commerce online- to-offline(O2O) PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia, berencana melakukan penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO). Rencananya, perseroan akan melepas sebanyak-banyaknya 150 juta saham atau setara 23,07 persen dari modal disetor dan ditempatkan perseroan.

Opini :

Dalam penawaran umum perdana saham atau intial public offering (IPO), perseroan akan menawarkan 150 juta lembar saham atau sebanyak-banyaknya 23,07% dari total modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh setelah IPO. Saham ditawarkan dalam kisaran harga Rp280 per lembar saham sampai dengan Rp300 per lembar saham. Kioson menargetkan memperoleh dana segar sekitar Rp42 miliar hingga Rp45 miliar. Hal ini bisa menjadi inspirasi bagi para perusahaan e-commerce untuk bisa IPO.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

PTRO pada perdagangan kemarin berhasil breakout dari resistance nya di level 1285 dan juga di sertai dengan volume yg melonjak tinggi, indikator MACD juga mengalami golde cross yg artinya mengkonfirmasi trend akan menguat,hari ini kami  prediksikan PTRO akan menguat menuju resitance berikutnya di harga 1540

Rekomendasi buy dengan target 1540

Stop loss jika brek di harga 1285
