REVIEW IHSG

IHSG ditutup melemah 5 poin (-0.10%) ke level 5,824.138 pada perdagangan kemarin Rabu (6/9). Tercatat 155 saham menguat dan 169 saham melemah. Sektor infrastructure memimpin penguatan sektor lain dengan ditutup menguat 0.83%, sementara sektor finance memimpin pelemahan dengan ditutup turun 0.59%. Investor asing mencatatkan transaksi net sell sejumlah Rp1,76 triliun di seluruh Pasar hari ini. US Dollar melemah 5 poin (-0.04%) terhadap Rupiah, sehingga Rupiah menguat ke level Rp13,333 terhadap US Dollar di akhir perdagangan.

Untuk hari ini kamis (7/9) IHSG kami proyeksikan akan menguat karena pengaruh sentimen positif dari domestik. Pasalnya, permintaan terhadap lelang surat utang negara (SUN) cukup besar. Kisaran pergerakan pada support 5.793-5.796 dan resistance di 5.848-5.853.

Menkeu waspadai risiko ekonomi global pada 2018

ANTARA News – Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani akan mewaspadai risiko global yang bisa memengaruhi kondisi perekonomian nasional dan pencapaian target pembangunan pada 2018.

Opini :

Meskipun dipandang memiliki progres yang bagus untuk tumbuh, namun Bank Dunia menyatakan perekonomian Indonesia masih dihantui sejumlah risiko. Dalam laporan bertajuk Indonesia Economic Quarterly edisi Juni 2017, risiko tersebut berasal dari domestik maupun eksternal. Bank Dunia menjelaskan, ketidakpastian kebijakan global dan khususnya ancaman peningkatan proteksionisme internasional terus memberikan risiko penurunan kepada pemulihan perdagangan global. Risiko geopolitik di kawasan dan global juga harus dicermati. Karena ketidakpastian politik juga akan mempengaruhi investasi.

Jokowi: Kalau Tak ‘Ngotot’, Kita Hanya Punya 9 Persen Saham Freeport

KOMPAS.com – Presiden Joko Widodo bicara soal keberhasilan pemerintah yang memaksa PT Freeport Indonesia untuk mendivestasikan atau menjual 51 persen sahamnya secara bertahap ke Indonesia.

Opini :

Dalam membuat perjanjian kita tidak bisa hanya ingin ‘mendapatkan’, tetapi juga harus ‘memberi’. Kita akan mendapatkan tiga hal yang diminta, yaitu divestasi 51 persen, pembangunan smelter kedua dalam waktu lima tahun ke depan, serta penerimaan negara yang lebih besar. Namun, konsekuensinya, kita harus lebih awal memberikan persetujuan perpanjangan izin pengolahan tambang 2 x 10 tahun kepada Freeport McMoran. Dan juga proses divestasinya pun belum jelas. Sebelumnya, untuk pengambilalihan 10 persen saham, pihak Freeport menawarkan harga USD1,7 miliar, sedangkan kita menginginkan harganya USD630 juta. Kalau saja kita bisa mendapatkan harga seperti yang kita inginkan, adakah tersedia modal USD2,65 miliar agar kita bisa menguasai 51 persen saham Freeport itu.
