IHSG REVIEW

Pada perdagangan Selasa (22/8/2017), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ditutup menguat 19,293 Poin (0,33%) ke posisi 5.880,297.

Sebanyak 165 saham naik, 182 saham turun, 123 saham stagnan dan 131 saham tidak ditransaksikan sama sekali. Mayoritas sektor saham mendukung penguatan IHSG. Saham-saham di sektor pertambangan memimpin penguatan 0,83%, disusul pertanian 0,82%, industri dasar 0,78%, konsumer 0,44%, infrastruktur 0,43%, perdagangan 0,25%, keuangan 0,15%, dan aneka industri 0,14%. Hanya sektor properti yang melemah 0,19%.

Nilai transaksi di pasar reguler mencapai Rp4,85 triliun dan Rp2,037 triliun di pasar negosiasi. Total transaksi mencapai Rp6,89 triliun.

Sementara itu, investor asing mencatatkan pembelian saham senilai Rp2,29 triliun dan Penjualan saham senilai Rp1,96 triliun. Alhasil, investor asing mencatatkan pembelian saham bersih (net foreign buy) senilai Rp337,2 miliar.

Penguatan IHSG sejalan dengan mayoritas bursa saham lainnya yang terlihat menghijau di Asia Tenggara, di antaranya indeks FTSE Malay KLCI (+0,15%), indeks FTSE Straits Time Singapura (+0,55%), dan indeks SE Thailand (+0,16%). Adapun indek PSEi Filipina turun tipis 0,01%.

 

Secara teknikal, indicator MACD dan RSI menggambarkan pola positif untuk pergerakan IHSG. Kami proyeksikan IHSG hari ini akan bergerak di kisaran 5830-5920.

BI 7-Day Repo Rate Akhirnya Turun ke Posisi 4,5%

Sindonews.com – Rapat Dewan Gubernur Bank Indonesia (RDG-BI) pada 21-22 Agustus 2017 memutuskan menurunkan BI 7-day Reverse Repo Rate sebesar 25 basis point dari 4,75% menjadi 4,5%, dengan suku bunga Deposit Facility dan Lending Facility masing-masing sebesar 3,75% dan 5,25%, yang berlaku efektif pada 23 Agustus 2017.

Kebijakan Bank Indonesia (BI) menurunkan suku bunga acuan (BI Rate) dapat memberikan konsekuensi yang saling bertolak belakang. Di satu sisi, penurunan suku bunga membuat nilai tukar rupiah tertekan terhadap dolar Amerika Serikat (AS). Di sisi lain, keputusan tersebut telah membawa indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) ke level tertinggi dalam sejarah. Investor menilai penurunan suku bunga dapat mendorong perekonomian Indonesia. Saat ini BI rate turun sebesar 25 basis poimt dari 4,75% menjadi 4,5%. Menurut Gubernur BI Agus Martowdojo, penurunan ini juga akan diikuti dengan penurunan suku bunga instrumen lainnya, memperhatikan kebijakan moneter dengan rendahnya perkiraan inflasi 2017-2018, serta terkendalinya defisit transaksi berjalan yang dalam kondisi aman.
