REVIEW IHSG

Rabu, 16 Agustus 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 5891.949 menguat 0.98% atau naik 56.907 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 120.86 M.

Hampir semua sector menguat diantaranya sector property, pertanian, infrastruktur, aneka industry, keuangan, dan yang paling memimpin adalah sector konsumsi dengan 3,456%. 3 sektor lainnya melemah diantaranya sector penjualan, industry dasar, dan sektor pertambangan yang memimpin perlemahan dengan 0,282%.

Kami prediksikan IHSG hari ini akan bergerak turun.

Anggaran Rp 404 triliun untuk infrastruktur 2018

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Pemerintah dalam Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara 2018 (RAPBN 2018) menganggarkan Rp 404 triliun untuk pembangunan infrastruktur. Basuki Hadimuljono, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat mengatakan, anggaran tersebut akan digunakan untuk menggenjot beberapa sektor infrastruktur yang ditangani Kementerian PUPR. Seperti sektor jalan, sumber air dan irigasi air.

 

Opini kami :

Pada era pemerintahan Jokowi sektor infrastruktur memang menjadi primadona bagi investor. Terlebih lagi emiten di sektor kontruksi berhasil membukukan laba bersih yang cemerlang. Berdasarkan data BEI, total laba 11 emiten kontruksi yang sudah di publikasikan dan perkiraan laba satu emiten yang dinyatakan manajemen mencapai sekitar Rp. 2,77 T pada semester tahun ini, angka ini naik 83,17% dibanding semester 1 tahun lalu. Dengan pemerintah menganggarkan Rp. 404 T untuk infrastruktur, angka tersebut naik sekitar Rp. 7,9 T maka kami melihat sektor ini masih akan menjadi primadona.

 

ITMG catatkan kenaikan laba 188%

KONTAN.CO.ID – PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) mencatatkan kenaikan pendapatan di semester pertama tahun 2017 sebesar 22,85% ke angka US$ 748,78 juta. Sebelumnya, ITMG mencatatkan pendapatan semester pertama 2016 sebesar US$ 609,47 di semester 1 2016 yang lalu. Seiring dengan kenaikan pendapatan ITMG, Laba perusahaan juga terkerek sebesar US$ 105,29 juta di semester kedua tahun 2017 ini. Laba tersebut naik sebesar 188% jika dibandingkan dengan laba perusahaan di periode sama tahun sebelumnya yakni sebesar US$ 34,48 juta.

Opini kami :

Kenaikan laba ITMG ditopang dengan harga batubara yang cenderung stabil, bahkan harga batubara melambung menyentuh level tertinggi nya sejak 2013. Beban penjualan yang turun sekitar 12 % atau US$ 41,04 juta juga membuat laba ITMG meningkat.

 

MEDC kantongi peringkat B2 dari Moody’s

KONTAN.CO.ID – Moodys Investors Service menyematkan kembali peringkat B2 bagi PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC). Rating ini ditetapkan per 28 Juli 2017. Di saat bersamaan, lembaga pemeringkat itu juga menegaskan rating B2 untuk obligasi Medco senilai US$ 400 juta. Sebagai pertimbangan, hasil bersih penerbitan obligasi MEDC senilai US$ 383 juta. Dana tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendanai cadangan bunga sekitar US$ 17 juta, melunasi pinjaman untuk proyek Natuna sebesar US$ 220 juta dan membayar kembali obligasi SGD yang beredar sebesar US$ 72 juta. Sisanya, sekitar $ 74 juta akan disimpan dalam rekening escrow untuk pelunasan utang lain yang jatuh tempo dalam 12 bulan ke depan.

 

Opini kami :

Obligasi berperingkat B2 merupakan obligasi yang cenderung spekulatif dan beresiko. Namun jika di lihat dari penjualan MEDC di kuartal I 2017 yang naik sebesar 60,7 % atau US $ 210,26 juta dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama tahun lalu. Laba bersih MEDC juga tumbuh 321,6% mencapai US$ 43,05 juta dari laba periode tahun lalunya yang sebesar US$ 10,21 juta. Kenaikan penjualan dan laba bersih tersebut didapatkan dengan mengeskpolrasi pada dua blok yaitu Blok South Sumatera dan Blok Rimao pada semester 1 2017. Maka kami melihat dengan pertumbuhan tersebut MEDC memiliki prospek yang baik untuk kedepannya.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

UNVR ada potensi uji resistance kuatnya di 49500,jika berhasil breakout kemungkinan akan menjadi uptrend karena berhasil melewati masa sidewaynya indikator MACD juga berhasil golden cross yg artinya itu merupakan konfirmasi bahwa UNVR potetensi sekali breakout resistance nya.
