REVIEW IHSG

 

Senin, 14 Agustus 2017 kemarin IHSG ditutup dilevel 5801.488 menguat 0.61% atau naik 35.350 poin dari level sebelumnya. Sementara itu asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih sebanyak 298.07 M.

Semua sektor menguat, mengalami kenaikan yang melonjak yang paling memimpin yaitu sektor aneka industri dengan kenaikan 1,106% disusul dengan industri dasar dengan kenaikan 1,089% kemudian sektor pertanian yang hanya mengalami kenaikan 0,076% .

Kami prediksikan IHSG pekan ini akan lanjut menguat .

RANGKUMAN BERITA EKONOMI

3 tahun era Jokowi-JK, daya beli terus melandai

Ekonom Maybank Indonesia Juniman menilai, pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo dan Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla (Jokowi-JK) telah mengambil kebijakan yang cukup baik selama hampir tiga tahun berjalan. Namun, Juniman menyoroti sejumlah hal yang masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah besar bagi pemerintah. Daya beli masyarakat yang menurun selama tiga tahun terakhir. Hal tersebut lanjut Juniman, tampak pada data pertumbuhan konsumsi rumah tangga milik Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) selama tiga tahun terakhir. Di tahun 2014, konsumsi rumah tangga masih mampu tumbuh 5,14%, namun turun ke 4,96% di tahun 2015. Tahun 2016, pertumbuhan konsumsi naik tipis ke 5,01%. Juniman memperkirakan pertumbuhan konsumsi rumah tangga tahun ini hanya akan mencapai 4,97%.

Opini Kami:

Menurut kami perekonomian di Indonesia masih bisa dikatakan baik, memang pertumbuhan ekonomi semester I 2017 mencapai 5,01% yoy, melambat dari semester I 2016 yang sebesar 5,04% yoy. Namun belakangan ini terjadinya perubahan pola perilaku masyarakat dari belanja offline ke online. Dan tren konsumsi pun mengalami peralihan, peralihan konsumsi dapat dilihat dari belanja kebutuhan non leisure menjadi belanja yang mengisi kegiatan waktu luang (leisure activities) seperti tempat rekreasi, restoran dan hotel. BPS mencatat, komponen leisure pada kuartal IV 2016 tumbuh sekitar 5,1%. Sementara kuartal II 2017 tumbuhnya 6,3%. Di sisi lain, komponen non-leisure pada kuartal IV 2015 tumbuh 5%. Sementara di kuartal II 2017 4,3%

Harga batubara tembus level US$ 90

KONTAN.CO.ID – Harga komoditas batubara terus melambung hingga menyentuh level tertinggi sejak Oktober 2013. Berbagai sentimen berhasil mendorong laju harga. Bahkan kini harga emas hitam itu sudah menembus level US$ 90 per metrik ton. Mengutip Bloomberg, pada penutupan perdagangan Jumat (11/8), harga batubara kontrak pengiriman Oktober 2017 di ICE Futures tercatat menguat 0,5% ke level US$ 90,85 per metrik ton. Sedangkan, jika dibandingkan pekan sebelumnya, harga batubara sudah menguat 1,96%. Sentimen positif yang paling berpengaruh datang dari China. Negeri tirai bambu itu mencatat terjadinya peningkatan impor sekaligus pengurangan jumlah output.

Opini Kami :

Harga batubara yang menembus level US$ 90, memang sangat di pengaruhi oleh china dengan kebijakan pemangkasan kapasitas produksi batubara nasional serta penurunan produksi batu bara di beberapa negara. Sampai akhir 2017 China akan menutup 7 tambang batubara di Provinsi Heilongjiang dan 4 tambang batubara di bawah tanah Queensland juga ditutup setelah dituduh gagal memenuhi kewajiban. Terjadinya  penurunan produksi batubara pun terjadi di Indonesia, produksinya hanya mencapai 139 juta ton atau baru memenuhi 29% dari target tahun ini pada angka 477 juta ton.
