REVIEW IHSG

IHSG pada perdagangan hari kemarin (Rabu,26/07/17) di tutup di level 5800.206 yakni melemah 13.329 point (-0.23%). Sementara itu asing mencatatkan Net Sell (All Market) sebanyak Rp 115.25 M.

IHSG sedang mencatatkan konsolidasi wajar dan membentuk pijakan baru untuk kenaikan dengan beberapa sentimen ke depan seperti keputusan Fed Fund Rate dan juga kinerja emiten. Kondisi penguatan masih terlihat, hanya saja terdapat beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi, seperti harga komoditas yang bergejolak menarik investor untuk memindah dulu portofolio mereka.

Berikut kondisi dan prediksi IHSG hari ini jika di lihat dari analisa teknikal

Hari ini IHSG berpotensi bergerak melemah terbatas. Itu di lihat dari kondisi indikator MACD yg masih bergerak negatif kemudian ditopang dengan pergerakan positif Indikator Stochastic namun dengan range yang terlihat sempit.

Rencana Buyback WSBP Tak Ganggu Ekspansi

Rencana pembelian kembali saham (buyback) PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk., dinilai tidak menganggu rencana perluasan usaha dan modal kerja perusahaan karena dana aksi korporasi itu berasal dari pencairan piutang. Seperti diketahui, aksi korporasi itu akan dilakukan oleh emiten berkode saham WSBP tersebut dengan cara membeli 1,85 miliar lembar saham atau 7% dari modal disetor dan ditempatkan dengan dana sebanyak-banyaknya Rp1 triliun. Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa yang digelar pada Rabu (26/7) telah menyetujui rencana tersebut.

Menurut pandangan kami dengan adanya rencana buyback maka ini akan menjadi sentimen positif terhadap WSBP itu sendiri. Dengan rencana ini dapat menaikan nilai (value) pemegang saham. Terlebih perusahaan melakukan buyback karena harga saham Waskita Beton belakangan ini berada di bawah harga IPO sebesar Rp490. Setelah aksi korporasi dengan dana terhimpun Rp5,1 triliun itu, saham WSBP sempat mencapai titik terendah Rp416. Dengan pembelian saham kembali di pasar itu, harga WSBP bisa dapat meningkat.

Kinerja Semester I/2017, Laba DILD Tumbuh 24,6%

PT Intiland Development Tbk. (DILD) membukukan laba bersih senilai Rp187,6 miliar pada Juni 2017, tumbuh 24,6% dari periode yang sama tahun lalu. Raihan laba Intiland pada Juni 2017, sejalan dengan peningkatan pendapatan usaha senilai Rp1,3 triliun, naik 18,5% year on year dari posisi Rp1,1 triliun pada periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Adapun kawasan industri menjadi kontributor pendapatan usaha terbesar.

Pandangan kami terhadap saham DILD adalah dengan pertumbuhan laba yang meningkat maka kinerja saham DILD masih dalam batas aman untuk berinvestasi.

Perdana Gapuraprima (GPRA) Raih Marketing Sales Rp260 Miliar

PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk. (GPRA) mencatatkan marketing sales pada Juni 2017 senilai Rp260 miliar. Arvin F. Iskandar, Managing Director Gapuraprima, mengungkapkan raihan marketing sales perseroan terbilang cukup bagus, atau mencapai 80% dari target pada paruh pertama. Awalnya, emiten berkode saham GPRA itu memperkirakan realisasi marketing sales pada Juni 2017 bisa mencapai sekitar Rp300 miliar, atau setara 43% dari target perseroan tahun ini yang sekitar Rp700 miliar.

Dengan target marketing sales mencapai 80% bisa diartikan bahwa GPRA masih dalam kondisi aman untuk berinvestasi di saham ini. Apalagi akan ada buyback yang bisa memacu para investor untuk memiliki saham ini.

REKOMENDASI SAHAM

WSBP hari ini menguat cukup tinggi di sertai dengan lonjakan volume yg tinggi melebihi nilai rata2,secara keseluruhan trend WSBP ini masih downtrend,namun tetapi terlihat tanda tanda reversal di saham WSBP ini, itu terlihat jelas dengan adanya pola candle treewhite soldier dan juga indikator MACD yg goldencross,dan hari ini kami simpulkan WSBP akan melanjutkan reversalnya,dan berpotensi menguat,menguji resisten terdekatnya yaitu MA 50

Rekomendasi:buy if breakout 482

Stop loss di harga 482 kebawah
